Germany over France @2.2 looks like value. Haas/Waske will be very motivated and I just cannot see this tie over yet. Llodra has been useless lately, aswell as Clement. But it's double. Good Luck!

Wouldn't surprise me to see Germany win the tie actually.

Germany cannot win the tie now...they will lose today. Haas has some fitness issues / form issues, and Waske has been crap in doubles for the last 6 months or so. Take a look at Clement / Llodra's record together. They aint bad at all.

How is Athurs physically? I was looking at this one..

Haas having form issues?

The only time he's played shithouse this year was last night.

You watch him destroy Grosjean tomorrow after he wins the doubles with Waske.

fine, i haven't heard anything about any injuries

Hanley/Wayno combination were a consistent top 10 dubs pair when they were together. I can't see a swiss win here at all

In fact I think Australia to win the tie is fantastic value given how luczak played yesterday, i'm on him tomorrow to KO wawa.

Apparently he had problems with his shoulder or something...that is why he has only played once this year

Horatio Caine

Bolar - check out Haas h2h with Grosjean...if he plays like he did last night, he will be soundly beaten. Kiefer is in no state mentally to beat Gasquet either.

he wouldn't have been selected if he wasn't 100%

I think he'd still be selected if he was about 75%...you don't really have anybody else of his pedigree!

Haas has won his last 3 against Grosjean - twice in 2002 and once in 2004.

Before that, Grosjean owned him.

And Haas's form this year is superior to any of those previous years. Haas had a bad night last night. He had an off game, but regardless, he's in the best form of his career and has played brilliantly this year. I can't see him suffering again. Not on this surface.

Based on 2006 form - Haas will beat Grosjean.

well that is just f***ing great, this bet is void now that Wawa replaced Bastl in the dubs

Yes, he will.

If Germany win tonight, I will be taking what price I can on Tommy "I will bounce back" Haas against Sebastion "Haas is better than me" Grosjean and Kiefer "I'm in good form" against Richard "I can only play on clay" Gasquet.

Bolar Bolabi

Haas losing 2 matches in a row on Rebound Ace and Gasquet winning 2 matches in a row on Rebound Ace?

Jamaica have a better chance of knocking off Germany to win Gold in the bobsleigh in Torino than for the above to happen.

Gasquet - you checked his record on grass (for instance) last year?

Gasquet faces an easier opponent in my opinion...he can win 2 in a row...
If Haas goes 5 sets today, I don't think he will beat Grosjean in a 5th rubber if need be.

Bolar Bolabi

Kiefer's playing better than Gasquet.

Kiefer had a very off game against Grosjean. And there was no way that Grosjean would have lost to Kiefer twice in a row.

Kiefer is superior than Gasquet and he will show it tomororw.

Gasquet is nothing without Grass or Clay underneath his feet.

Grass and Clay are not Rebound Ace.

Grass and Clay are not Rebound Ace.

My point behind the grass comment was that you had Gasquet down as "I can only play on clay" which is clearly untrue.

I don't think so, If it comes to that match, first set will be the weight wich will decide IMO, Kiefer is emotional and If he get's in the rythm he can be a hell of a player. But everything depends on pairs, IMO evertyhing over 2.0 is value. GL

Kiefer WAS playing better than Gasquet. Yesterday provided a swift turn-aound, and Gasquet will be hugely confident on Sunday if he is called upon.

Gasquet was runner-up in Metz in 2004 wasn't he? Hasn't he also won several challengers indoors? He is twice the man he was then...you underestimate him.

Sure, Kiefer is emotional, but he takes it to extremes. Besides, his DC record isn't good - he obviously doesn't thrive in this particular competition.

We both put up valid points and if it comes to the stage where both matches are crucial tomorrow, we'll see which one of us was on the money.

Arthurs and Hanley just took the first set in a tiebreak after being down 0 - 3 in the tiebreak.

LETS GO AUSTRALIA!

Kiefer is useless when he gets no 1st serves. If Gasquet plays like yesterday, the scoreline will be like this: 6-3 6-2 7-5

I`m not sure if Hrbaty is going to play at all.
He has some kind of an injury...

Fena&Nico are close to win this but all the bets are void if Hrbaty isn´t gonna play.

By the way, thanks Davydenko once again!

where did you get that hrbaty wasn't playing? The other two members of their team have no experience at all so I'm guessing unless hrbaty is incapable of playing then he will do......especially since they have to win the third rubber. I hate it when they change the doubles teams and you've got a bet that turns void.....
