As requested by mini bad gambler.....apologies for the lateness.....

Bet of the day - Newcastle to win at home to Middlesboro 2.20 :smoke:

I know Newcastle are without Owen and probably Given, but Middlesboro are in dreadful form. Newcastle have a lot of injuries but will still be too strong, their team is still more than capable and the crowd will get behind them for the North-east derby. Nail it :rocker2:

Other plays.....
Crystal Palace to beat Leicester x Gretna to beat Ayr at 2.00
Southampton to beat Brighton 1.80
Everton v Charlton to be a draw 3.25
Liverpool to beat Bolton 2.20

Blackburn @ 1.61.
Much as I dislike Rovers, they will thrash Portsmouth. Harry's bunch were gasping for breath in some matches that I saw, so I think Blackburn's toughness plus the hectic shcedule will finish them off.

Would also expect a penalty to be given (and scored) @ 4.00

well, they didn't thrash them but they won, and that is good enough for me :)

I'd rather take the other side. Arsenal's away form is dire but their home form is making up for it.

I'd rather take the other side. Arsenal's away form is dire but their home form is making up for it.

Robin van Persie and Freddie Ljungberg are both ruled out of Arsenal's side ahead of Tuesday night's clash with Manchester United at Highbury.

Ljungberg has a virus, while van Persie sustained another kick at Aston Villa on the same knee injury that had previously sidelined him.

Gilberto Silva is nevertheless hoping to return from a groin injury that sidelined him at Villa Park, while Ashley Cole and Gael Clichy are long-term absentees.

Arsenal (from): Lehmann, Almunia, Lauren, Eboue, Cygan, Campbell, Toure, Senderos, Gilberto, Flamini, Fabregas, Song, Pires, Hleb, Reyes, Henry, Bergkamp.

reyes has to score tomorrow for arsenal to have any chance since henry will be blocked completely and if cygan is in the starting lineup i will happy back my bet :sobbing: i'm an arsenal fan by the way
