Hi pot- meet kettle. Nice to see you are both wearing black ;)

I'm kidding- I like both but one of the criticisms of Ivan is that he can't win the big ones so it seems like he may want to mind his words a little here. I hope that David gets fired up by the fact that Ivan said that he does not appreciate him.

only thing about nalbandian is that quote i translated

in croatian that would be
- On je najnadareniji od svih Argentinaca, zna sve o tenisu. No, nije ništa osvojio i unatoč velikoj nadarenosti nije došao do razine do koje je mogao doći. I takvog sportaša ne mogu cijeniti - dodao je Ljubičić.

the quote is right
people who knows croatian and english confirmed that

the whole story needs to be read, because you cant get what he is talking about just from one line, right before that he said Nalbandian is like Safin. well we all know Safin has won GS's. so its pretty clear he was comparing two because of there work ethic, and well all know safins is not really there, i mean the guy goes out to a club and drinks night before 10am match. so Ivan was clearly talking about work ethic, and he must know, he has spend years with Nalbandian on the tour. now is it his part to say who works hard or not, but his opinion of David is he has talent, but does not always go 100%. and im pretty sure he would not mind to hear what David thinks of him. If he indeed did say this about David, im sure he is ready to take whatever is coming him way. He knows he is not the most talented guy on the tour, but hard work has payed off, example top 10.

he didnt even put the whole story in there, its clear the was talking about work ethic,

and even if you read that only line that SM posted, and think about it, he is say Nalbandian is just like any other player, who has not won a GS and Ivan himself is included in there, so he is saying he does not appreciate what david has done. they both has same # of title, TMS is about the same, and david might have better GS track record but has not won it. big deal. cry about

tennis players are remembered for their performances in big matches - in particular, slams.

which of these 2 players can play 5 sets, and which can't?

which has made it to the 4th round or better at a slam on 10 occasions?

and which player has never made it to the 4th round of a slam?

- it will be tough match against david
- i had chances against federer
- still, i knew i had to beat david and coria to get into semies
- they all are talking about me and roger in the finals but itīs a long way from that
- i am sure that two players from my group will play in the final
- then the dishing part
- then davidīs statement about the match
- at the end ivan says that he roger and david are the main candidates for the title, and repeats it will be very tough against david

and that is the whole article

Hi everyone, I just looked in on the forum after a few days and am quite surprised with the discussion that's taking place here. I don't know what caused it since I really don't recall that I made any statements in that direction. However, I have to admitt that I don't have the time to check every media in the world.
