So Thursday they have a live match at 6 Eastern then Not live at 4 Easter. Do you guys think Ivan-Nalby will be live considering their match is A LOT more important then Federer-Coria?

Probably not, considering that Federer and Coria will msot likely get higher ratings for ESPN.

They will be playing on Thurs and the two time slots mentioned are 6am EST and 4pm EST. If you check Live Score on Wednesday they should show the time slots as far which match will be played first on Thursday. Look at http://www.livescore.com/tennis.dll?page=home

 ESPN2 will have same rating if 2 old men played, its 6am for most of the country. 5am for midwest, and 4am for the west coast.

Wrong, Mike. There's a 3 hr. time difference across US => 6am EST = 3am PST. It is Definitely not 6am across most of the US - unfortunately, as more people might be able to view the matches.

Glad I didn't loss any sleep getting up early then.

I feel badly for Puerta and the other alternates. They are getting no respect from anyone. Even though they may not all be my favorite players, they did beat out the rest of the field to get there as alternates and should be given credit for that.

The only reason I can think for doing that (the match certainly wasn't a classic that needs a replay) is the expense of taping the Gonzo-Puerta match and doing commentary and editing and all that was too much for them or something...who knows, but it is kinda silly.

They may show both matches tomorrow though - Nalby-Ljubicic is a key match, and I don't think they would miss a chance to show Roger.

They'd have one camera and often no commentary. Personally, I'd love some tennis TV coverage like that. It'd truly make me feel like I was in the stands. And I wouldn't have to listen to all the stupid comments the 'experts' make. I'm always tempted to put the TV on mute but I like hearing the sounds of the match (ball striking, the players...when they're not grunting too loud, the crowd, the umpire's calling of the score).

Hey I like Cliffy Patrick and Bradley :p But I would rather watch Gonzo-Puerta in silence than a taped match again, I'll say that.

I like watching table tennis on there sometimes, although they even have commentators for that, how weird must it feel to be a table tennis expert?

The ESPN website said you could see all mutches, before the TMC,
but they didn't show some of them.
I'm really mad at it.

It seems that ESPN is not showing the semi finale Roge- gaston match tomorrow live?
Can someone confirm that?
