 I'll miss him... he was such a nice guy... But anyways, if he feels he can't achieve anything more as a player, than it's a right decision. There's so much he can do in life that may make him happy :D

He doesn't need Wimbly in his curriculum :o , since he has won Viña del Mar ;)

A tournament where one of the national heros " Massu " hasn't got to win it :o , a national hero who needs all his country voting for him in internet polls to get wildcards :o

Nico doesn't needs our votes to get a wildcard. We only are consequent and retribuited his effort during a year where he had battle with a lot of injuries and because he gave a lot of happiness to chilean people last year. That's the minor thing that we can do for retribuited him.

Who was that player who was toughly criticized in Chile because he skipped the first Davis cup tie this season due to an injury ?? :o ( an injury which wasn't false )

I think it was a guy called something like nico... mass...., do you know him ??

Firstly it's your national hero ( last year ), and this year you ( chileans ) lynches him although he wasn't faking :o

 Why would Verdasco be playing for Valencia when he's madrileño?

Anyhow, all the best for David. Pity I never saw him play.

You're totally wrong GS. First, you don't live in Chile and second reason, you might been well informed before you say something that is wrong. Nico has all the support of the chilean tennis federation, and the rest of the people who are his fans. So please, first read a good article in a trustable newspaper before you post :bs: here.

And if the David's joke doesn't like you. I'm sorry, that wasn't my intention to offend you with a silly joke. I wish David will have a good future after his retirement ;)

 ok.

I haven't seen it, I was tucked up in bed. The matches were too predictable to merit me waking up at 5am :o Was Carla looking hot?

Wasn't Nico toughly criticized by some part of chilean press when he skipped the davis cup tie ?? Am i lying ?? :(

The same press that praised him last year in the Olympics was the same press that lynched him one year later

I have seen that you was just joking, but if you joke i thought i have the same right than you , haven't i ?? ;)

And as i have said in a previous message i have nothing against Massu , even i can confess you that when this davis cup controversy happened and i saw him on a ESPN latino video in a press conference when he was defending from the accusitacions of faking the injury , it grieved me to see him being unfairly criticized.

Really? I don't remember that. I only remember a press conference where Nico had his explanations to the press officialy, but I don't remember that the press lynched him as you said. Maybe some sectors of the press, there always be retards on journalism  but I think you said that because for De la Peña / Massú problem in the team and the De La Peña chilean nationalization and the permanence of him. I remember some media expeculated that Nico didn't want to come part of the team if De la Peña is officialy the captain, but it was false and then everything was in nothing.
