More to come for Saturday but I'll get to those in a little while. Best of luck to everyone!!!!

3* San Jose Sharks (-145) Over Minnesota Wild - Includes regulation, ot and shootout

Before the season started I had predicted that San Jose would finish atop the Western Conference. They started out dreadfully but have picked it up of late winning 5 in a row. The road has been the Sharks problem but at home they've been very good with a 4-0 record. Since 3rd string netminder Nolan Shaefer took the reigns from injured goalies Toskala and Nabokov he's run off a 5-0 record and an astounding 1.91 GAA and a .916 save%. Sharks have been doing in with solid defensive play and getting just enough offense to win it's games. The offense still hasn't been great but it's been good enough to get them by. Minnesota is a tale of two different teams. At home they are extremely tough to beat but on the road they've struggled. So far this season they are just 1-6 (including 2 OTL) and are currently playing there 3rd game of a 4 game road trip. Minnesota will be w/o the services of Gaborik and it looks like Chouinard won't play either as he injured his shoulder in there 2-1 loss at Vancouver on Thursday. This should be a low scoring affair here and I might take the under in this game too. Just riding the hot team who plays very well at home against a team that struggles on the road.

Good Luck to All!!!!

2* Colorado Avalanche (-175) Over Dallas Stars - Includes regulation, ot and shootout

Yes Dallas is off an impressive 9-1 win over Chicago but the Blackhawks are in terrible shape right now. Colorado has won 4 in a row including two wins of Vancouver. Colorado has already beaten Dallas once this season 3-2 and that was without the services of there best offensive weapon. Just think the Stars are coming off a blowout win last night now they have to travel to face one of the best teams in the West. Although I don't like the price I think the Avs continue there winning streak.

2* Carolina Hurricanes (-175) Over Florida Panthers - Includes regulation, ot and shootout

What else can you really say about the start the Hurricanes have had. Winners of 6 in a row (Toronto, Ottawa, Philly, Boston, Washington & Pittsburgh) and 8 of there last 10 the Hurricanes have been a sight to see. The Canes have been perfect at home with a 6-0 record so far this season. They've gotten outstanding offensive play from the Eric Staal who already has 25 pts this season. Stillman, Brind'Amour, Whitney, Cole and Cullen all have done excellent jobs as well. Goaltending hasn't been a big issue for the Canes as Gerber and Ward have both played exceptionally well. The Panthers had a good start to the season thanks to the great play from Louongo but since his dropoff things haven't been going to so great for them. Florida has lost 4 in a row but two were in OTL. There problem this season like alot of teams has been the road where they are just 2-7 (including 2 OTL). Like my play on San Jose I'm riding the better and hot team in this one. Would have put more on this but I've got a feeling that Carolina's run will end soon but I don't think it will be tonight.

Good Luck to All!!!!
