Ferrer has to rest up and be ready for 2006. A couple of poor results early and all his work at the beginning of this year goes down the drain.

Well, really at this point David doesn't have anything to lose - last year he crashed out 1st round the last four weeks of the season. So even if he loses 2nd round (he'll receive a bye 1st round unless Safin and/or Fed makes a recovery in time to play) in Paris it will actually improve his entry ranking points.

Also, he started off the beginning of this year really crappy so he still has a shot of cracking into the Top 10 before the Latin American clay court swing.

:shrug: Anyone see the match? Was it David's lack of play on carpet or something else?

haha yeah maybe its true. but i think when people say that sanguinetti has the best forehand or pim-pim has a lot of ball feeling i would say as first: Moron!! haha but they are my idols!!
