davis cup finals will be played at sibmac arena, bratislava

so the slovak´s elected the same surface and same small crowd venue
that arena is only 4000
that also means that itf showed great inconsistency, because in the rules they say that davis cup finals can´t be played at a venue that is smaller than 7000
so first exception was made to slovaks
i hope it´s the last one
i have nothing againt that arena, or surface, but by this kind of interpretation of the rules, itf looks unserious

Because when there isn't no previous meeting between both nations since 1970 , the host nation is decided by draw and the draw was won by Slovakia.
