I'm doing a map assignment for my British History class, and I'm having a hard time finding a map that has all of these regions on them.
Does anyone know of a good map that has:
Northumbria, East Anglia, Middlesex, Essex, Wessex, Sussex, Kent, Mercia, Strathclyde, Gwynedd, Cambria, the Welsh Marshes, Cornwall, and Danelaw on it?
I've been finding some of these places, but the boundaries are either undefined, or the boundaries from one map overlap another.
Me = very frustrated at this point!

Sol...you might want to change your thread title to get the attention of some of the UK guys. the BIG BOSS, Escude and adee-gee all might be able to point you in the correct direction.

I know where the regions are, but they have changed names so many times, so it will be hard to find a good map.

:wavey: I found most of them except for the Welsh Marshes, and I pretty much guessed on where they were. :p It'd make sense for marshes to be near rivers. ;)
I would love to help, but I dunno where the counties are myself except for the one i live in  Good luck with your work

I've found a map of Old England... 1850 or so. The only thing is that it doesnt have the names of each place. But... I don't know.
