Val, let´s chat soon, okay?

I think it is very strange that Massu is coming but now Gonzo...
maybe he will come anyway???

And what about Tompa? Is it sure that he will come back now?

Yes, I think the same. Strange there's Massu. And, for Tompa, apparently, he plans to come back but nothing is sure for Stockholm. I even don't know if he'll have a wild-card.

Or maybe, I should come to Madrid instead, I'd be sure to see Gonzo and Moya, and maybe Tompa playing the qualies !!! Well, as you see, still complicated for me to choose a tournament LOL

Agassi has pulled out. From the official website http://www.stockholmopen.se

Andre Agassi back injured
The runner-up from last year, Andre Agassi, is injured and will not participate at the if... Stockholm Open this year.

- I am very disappointed about missing the if... Stockholm Open. I was looking forward to go even further this year. My family enjoyed the stay last year and Stockholm is a very nice city, Andre Agassi said.

Agassi has had problems with his back for a long time and had to rest for two months after Roland Garros. The problems have now returned and the American will not be able to defend his final spot in Stockholm. The rest of the season is in fact in danger for Agassi.

- It is always disappointing when players miss tournaments due to injuries, but unfortuately this is something professional sports have to face today. I hope Agassi will recover quickly, the Tournament Director of the if... Stockholm Open, Per Hjertquist, said.

i wonder if micke ryderstedt will play this tournament. he defends heaps of points and may not participate due of wrist injury....... i don't say he's in good shape cause he wasn't but it's sad he'll give it up without fight.

I am quite sure (and hope it too) that one WC will go to Thomas Enqvist, especially now when he is playing so good in Grenoble.

I hope the 3rd one will also go to a Swede, my wish would be Micke or Vinci :worship:

I read in SvD Thomas Enqvist and Jonas Björkman have received wildcards to SO. The third one is still to be decided. The author of the article wanted Vinciguerra to get it. But I'm not sure, since SO is owned by three big Stockholm clubs perhaps they want one of their own players, eg Michael Ryderstedt, to have the last WC?

I read in SvD paper edition today, SO is keeping the third WC for a big-name player. Aparently they're trying to get :ras: Roddick for the appearance money Agassi should've received. If they can't get any big-name player, the WC will go to Vinciguerra or Ryderstedt. They will anounce which on Friday.
