For what do I get V-cash, for posts?

So if you want to make big bucks you gotta post a lot in GM. But I guess you can also earn vCash by posting in the tournament forums (live score threads... :devil: ).

sounds like a good idea about the good reps Alison :)....
now with the bad reps hmmm, are they always justified? some ppl seem to bad rep others for no reason, i'm not sure the people who get the badreps in those cases would like having their vCash taken away :scratch: ;)

This was planned but not implemented yet. The person you good repped should get a percentage of the fee I agree... if you bad rep, that's the price you pay for turning someone red.

On the plus side of charging the vCash, we could probably remove the daily limit now and let you send as many reps as you like.... as long as you have enough money. I know the daily limit is pretty unpopular too. :devil:

AFAIK Amanda never promised the system would not change. What she did say was she wanted to find a way to fit reputations into the new vCash rewards system. And that reputations wouldn't be removed completely from the site.

reputations is a joke..someone who has been here for a year and good reps someone new..there green bars are all the way up...everyone is pushing 100,000,000 like 5months ago..only few were in millions

after AO next year..there will be few people in billions

You can still earn vCash betting with the vBookie. You can also earn vCash by posting a blog, commenting on blogs, posting messages, uploading photos, getting good repped by someone. We will be publishing a detailed webpage with full information about the new rewards program soon.

vCash should be abolished. But in the meantime what are the decimal points for? A sum like $741.002 means nothing to me.

I don't see how vcash has turned into something so important. Innovations have to be done once in a while, you cannot stay the same for ever....I think that if these modifications are widely accepted, then they will stay and if not will return to their original state (in the worst case).

I think there's a slight chance for this to work....giving some vcash for let's say top tenners of each PAWs or/and PREDICT THE SCOREs.....but not giving new vcash but all the "collected" from good repping...I know it sounds crazy or unpractical, but I find it a good idea :rolls: (maybe it's impossible to do so :shrug: )
maybe the rest of vcash charged for each rep v$0,70, should be given to a specific moderator, who will have the ability to give prizes to those PAW or PTS (or whichever popular game there is, PBP is not as popular :p as the rest)

vCash Reward Scheme Changes:
Penalty for a deleted thread increased from $50 to $99
Penalty for a deleted post increased from $6 to $9.99
Rewards for posting in your blog can now be earned every 12 hours (was 24 hours previously)
Charges for sending user reputations abolishedYep, looks like when they install the upgrade today...the $1.29 charge will fade away. Rats. I kinda liked it. Made them meaningful.

Other changes seem quite reasonable.
