Like for starters, I'm leaving in about 2 minutes to get surgery on my mouth :scared: But I'll be alright, I'm just nervous about what the outcome of the surgery is going to tell me

Wow, surgery on the mouth. I imagine it could be painful.

Nothing too exciting in my life today since I'm working (patiently waiting until 5 pm). Not looking forward to a meeting this afternoon where I might have to fire someone. Am having fun drawing a nice big custom home today though. (I work for an architectural firm).

I might try and play some tennis this evening but the 105 temps is keeping me away.

Ok.... I NEVER say anything in the forums, but I've decided it's time to break the ice. (I post CONSTANTLY on Kiwi's website.)

How irritated am I today? I live in NYC and Kiwi was at some charity even that I knew nothing about! I would CERTAINLY have gone!

I'll introduce myself. I live in NYC and am a writer, a playwright primarily. I also do some television. Last year I did a show for FOX and named the family "Keefer--" American spelling, but you never saw it anyway. In fact you only heard it once or twice. It was just my way of sneeking a sceret message. (I sent a copy of the DVD to Kiwi in Halle, by the way.) Well, it's pilot season again and i have to go to LA next week for three days! I am so bitter! (In the past I've managed to be here for the US Open.) Kiwi better still be in the tournement when I get back! Of course, even if I go, I don't think I'd have the nerve to say hello, should I see him. I would feel like I was intruding.

I follow tennis RABIDLY-- stay up overnight and watch the scores online when the matches are overseas. I started following Kiwi years ago (97 or 98, can't remember.) I've had a lot of plays produced in Germany. I was there for a production and that's when I took notice.

Anyway, I thought I'd introduce myself, at last.
Nicky

PS. Yes, I'm a writer and I cannot spell AT ALL, so I'm sure there will be lots of errors. Sorry.

Well it is a cool palce to write. What can I say?

First Mary,I hope that your surgery goes well..and I,m still not giving up on seeing that picture! lol

Well it was my first week back at work after a wonderful summer. It is TOUGH,I rather see Nicolas in front of me than..other people! I have 2 jobs,I teach at MC Gill University plus we have a family resto in little italy.

Thanks to this forum,I met great people.I was thinking about the fun that I had with Karen last week..lol.

Nicky..is the Nicky Taylor, the one that writes on Nicolas's website? Is it you? My english is pretty bad..lol.I have problems with spelling and speaking correctly.I speak french first so that is why.

Of please,Nicolas is a guy,why don,t you just go to him and talk to him nIcky, come on.You should see me,I just DON'T care..ask Karen.Too bad that you missed his cooking because I heard..from him, that he is a good cook.

Thank god that the US Open will start pretty soon.I wish that I could go,but i really can't.I can't wait till march and I hope to see some of you in Indian Wells or in Miami.

I,m off..work is calling me!

Altho I have stitches all over my mouth and I look like Jack from "Nightmare Before Christmas" or something  I can't talk cuz of the stitches + swelling + pain, which I think everyone seems to enjoy righ tnow. And my friends keep making me laugh and it hurts sooo bad to smile so I came in my room to hide from them all.

I'll know in a week if it was anything serious (the lump) or if I'm going to be just fine. Ugh. And the worst part is that he told me today won't be bad, but tomorrow will be my bad day. I FEEL TODAY LIKE WORSE THAN I'VE EVER FELT EVER. I am not looking forward to tomorrow

Mary, have a speedy recovery!

This is a good thread and it's nice to read about the people you chat with. You can meet some really nice people like I did last week with Karine.

About myself, I live in Austin, Texas. A girl never tells her age but let's say am around the same age as Nicolas. I have my degree in interior design and history of art but I work in Architecture as a project manager.

It's fun and I enjoy what I do. I just hate all the headaches associated with keeping up with a large staff who works for me. I've got married coworkers sleeping together, employees never show up to work, etc. I've heard and seen it all. The headaches I get!

I enjoy tennis. I played since I was 8. I never went far with it since my mom was sick so I stopped after highschool. I picked it up again a few years ago and have been playing every since. I have the aching joints to prove it!

I don't follow tennis as much as I used to. I'm too busy playing myself or volunteering at junior tournaments around town. So I get to the point where I'm sick of tennis. I have followed Nicolas for a while. I guess I like to follow my mental headcases. I'm one on the court so I might as well follow one, but from what I read he has a plan and I guess it's to keep his head together because it was screwed on pretty good in Cincy.

 I know. I can't even take credit for that cuz my friend Jon said it, but now everyone's calling me Jack  I'm so loved :p

I hope its not either. It's no so bad right now if you take away the pain, like its not too bad swollen yet, but its supposed to bruise and get worse by tomorrow. I feel like I got plastic surgery, but not the hott outcome. :P I feel like I went in JUST TO SEE what it feels like to get plastic surgery :P I win at life. Not really cuz I don't have Keira's face, but whatever.

I'm gonna go lay down again now... My weekend is going to be L - A - M - E!

But congrats for your official berth here! :bigwave: Just post when you feel comfortable and if you are in the mood to do so and it will be fine I think :)

Most interesting of your post was because I wondered "wow, she was in Germany and that's how she 'discovered' Kiwi". How did that happen? Did you see him playing on TV or reading a German tennis magazine? Maybe you can explain that a bit more in detail, I'm curious for it

I am SO sorry Nicky..it is Silver..I was thinking about the model..lol.See can't even read english now.I am half french canadian and half italian.I gave Nicolas a cap saying Germany on it,for the World cup.He promised to wear it.They were started to argue about who would win and I told him:I'Ll think about you crying with that cap on when you,ll watch the Italians win the cup..and he said..yeah yeah yeah,I don,t think so! lol.I just love to piss him off.lol.

BUT,like he said,he has a plan. For a week Karen and I were trying to figure out the "plan".lol.And he was smiling all week long, being happy..maybe that IS the plan.

I was so confused..... cause I'm a "he!" (Perhaps that's why I've never posted here. I think I am the only man!) I was in Dotmund for a production of a play of mine, "Pterodactyls" (for some reason I am VERY popolar in the German language market-- and the Scandinavian market) and I was watching TV and saw Kiwi playing. This is YEARS ago and, although I'd been a tennis fan, I hadn't seen him yet. And I became a fan. It's not, I fear, such an interesting story really.

Since I write for a living, I have periods where I am INSANELY busy and long periods where I can fill my days watching the numbers change on the internet scoreboards. That's why I'm so aggrivated that I have to go to LA for a couple of days during the open. It's not so bad that I have to have meetings. I've managed to schedule them in the morning, so with the time difference, I can be back at the hotel for most of the play. But, I'll be stuck in the air for two days (going & comming).

Mind you, I wouldn't go to the open anyway. First of all, the matches go on for hours and that's WAY to long for me to go without a cigarette! (sad, I
know). Bad enough I can't smoke on planes. And secondly I need to see what's happening on ALL the courts. I need to be home, in my office, pacing and smoking and cursing (my dog finds this most amusing). And, even if I did go, as I said, I don't think I'd approach Mr. Kiefer. First of all, I fear he'd find it an intrusion. Secondly, I work with well-known actors all the time and I feel like I've learned to lay low. thirdly, as I said, I named the family in a TV show I wrote last year "Keefer." Well, I sent Mr. K a copy, when he was in Halle. And, well, now I think, he might think I'm well, nuts. (To be honest, you have to name them something. And you know every name you submit is run through a legal department. The central characters name was originally "Calvin Collins," but there is, it seems a "Calvin Collins" living in Philadelphia, where the show was set. So the legal department tells you you must come up with a new name. Obviously, I wanted an alliterative name, so I went with Calvin Keefer-- there is, it seems, no one named Calvin Keefer in Philadelphia.

Is any of this remotely interesting?

Sorry for this mistake Nicky, thinking that you were female :o I actually had no clue it was used as a male name because I know it from German only for females (Nicky, Nici, Niki... in any variations) and therefore I thought you are female :o

But don't be afraid of us all ;) You are so far (and I don't try to claim getting everything correctly *g*) only the 3rd male regular Kiwi fan here, the other ones I'm aware of are kfh_9118 and JMG. I know we girls can be very crazy, but I hope you can still bear us sometimes

Your story watching Kiwi for the first time is still an interesting one. So many coincidences coming together.... you in Germany, you watching foreign TV, watching a tennis match and it was even Kiwi playing there... you becoming a fan :) If that's not good enough!

Don't worry about it "Nicky" is pretty common as short for Nicholas here, really. (Although it's not my real name it's what I have ALWAYS been called.) Interestingly, most Nickys are either Greek, Italian or British. Since "Silver" is my last name, and that's Jewish, I am, I'm pretty sure just about the only "Nicky Silver" there is. (An odd cross ethnic combination.) I mean I've searched. You are in Germany? Where? (I've had productions in Berlin, Dortmund, Cologne, Vienna....hmm, can't remember where else right now.

No, I'm most of the time located in Innsbruck, Austria. But originally I'm coming from nearby Munich. And don't worry about your crazy habits of staying up late for following tennis matches in front of the scoreboard when there is a big time difference for tournaments played somewhere else, like in Europe or so. Most of us are doing the same if their time allows them to do so and I'm especially crazy because I like that American sport basketball a lot; so much that I even follow scores of some games (that often take place at night my time) on the internet when they are not shown on TV here (which is too rare)

dylanny@bway.net

I haven't been to Innsbrook, but Vienna was very beautiful. The theater as old and gigantic and the hotel (Shwartzen-something) was VERY glamorous! I didn't like the production too much, but I had a lovely time.

Great thread btw Mary (hope you don't mind I call by your name).

And welcome to our newest member, Nicky :wavey: Don't worry, you're not the only male here. I am male too. Btw, let me introduce myself first. My name is Henry, I live in Melbourne, Australia. I am 24 turning 25 this year. Kiwi is the ATP player I like the most. You can see some other players I like in my signature ;) If I remember correctly, I started following Kiwi's tennis result from 1999. The first professional tennis match I saw live was Kiwi vs Yevgeny Kafelnikov at Kooyong, Melbourne. And since then, those two become my favourite. Of course, I prefer Kiwi more because I like his game (smart and tacticful).

More about myself, I am working full time as an accountant in a real estate firm, and study part time (real estate course). Nothing interesting I am doing today, except going out with my girlfriend and then doing some assignments. Pretty boring stuff

Note to Nicky:
I understand your feeling about not many male fans here, and it makes you reluctant to post here. I have the same feeling too occasionally, but then I keep reminding myself that we all have common interest in Kiwi and we should have plenty of stuff to talk about. I never visit Kiwi's official website as it's not in English, hence never read your writing there :o

I think i don't need to tell who's my fave player. i first saw Kiwi in 1999 and really liked the way he plays & his sometimes naughty style LOL. Besides Kiwi, Arnaud Clément and Sébastien Grosjean are the ones i like the most! :yippee:

Sorry, I am not too good with this

Here in Australia, you have to pay for cable TV (channels), which will include Foxtel, ESPN for the sports channels. If it keeps going like that (we only have coverage twice a year now OZ Open & Wimbledon), I think I will subsribe to the cable TV sooner

Call me slow, but I recently discovered a way to read the Official Site in English!

When you do a search and there is a translation available for that site, you just click on the [Translate this page] link next to the search result. All the words that aren't part of a graphic image are translated, making it so much easier to navigate the site!

Here is the Official Site in English (from Google):

http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=de&u=http://www.nicolas-kiefer.de/&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dkiefer%2Bnicolas%26hl%3Den%26lr%3D

Yay for parties! I hope to go to Cincy so I can meet up w/ you & Mary; that would be so much fun :woohoo:

This means you are going. Even if just for part of it like we're just doing three days :)

You love me and you want to come see me... And maybe go see Kiwi too  ;)

LOL of course I love you and I want to see you and Kiwi both  As of right now, I will say I am going to Cincy. But since I am most likely going to Indy as well, I will not be able to do the long Toronto road trip :( Maybe the next year...

Well... I guess I can let you out of Toronto if you do Cincy :p You'll be stuck with just me & Jess, unless the twins and Becca want to come to Cincy with us  That would be hott.

DROP IT LIKE ITS HOTT!

My stomach hurts  And I just spent $200 at Target buying presents for my niece and it's not even her birthday or anything. My mom, before she went to Texas, told me that she was talking to Ellie (my niece) and Ellie told her that her mom wouldn't buy her the toy she wanted at the mall. So I finally got out to Target and went nuts. My sister is going to kill me for sending her all these things but COME ON she is 4! She needs to be spoiled! If my sister & her husband won't do it I will :p AUNT MARY WINS AT LIFE!!!!!!!

I like Roger in your sig I never noticed him before. I have a crush on him today and I have no idea why. I always heart him cuz he's Roger and you must heart him, but like today I find him hott. It's weird. The end.

CARLOS COSTA! :hearts:

And Amanda stop being mean to Johnny Mac. You can make fun of older people if you want, but not JMac, Jim Courier or Mats Wilander :hearts: They are my old man loves  :inlove: :p

Bye everyone!!!!!!

LOL, I'd love to be stuck with you and all your tennis friends :) Constant tennis party YAY. :yippee:

And you must be the greatest aunt ever for spending that much on your niece ... WOW. She will be so happy, and it's always good to spoil other people's kids lol. :woohoo: btw, hope your stomach is feeling better.

lmao I love Johnny Mac. Not in the way you do, but I think he's like the greatest commentator ever. I like to make fun of him after all the things he says about Kiwi, but it's all in good fun ;) I wish they'd stick Jmac and Pat together to call a match because I think it would be just as fun listening to them go back and forth as it would be watching the match. Now Mats, OMC. I would never ever make fun of him; you have my word on that :yeah:

knight_ley
09-10-2005, 08:36 PM
OMC I remember last USO one of the nites it rained all night and they did that stupid thing where they open up the phone lines so you can call in and talk to JMac and I was like I'M GOING TO CALL AND SAY I WANT TO SEE MATS and then like 5 minutes later Mats was randomly there taking calls with Jmac and I died. I heart Mats :hearts:

I get excited during the afternoon matches of USO when its JMac and Jim calling matches together... *thud* Throw Mats in the mix and I think I'd die, then bring in Cliffy and PMac and I'm gone

I love how EVERYONE has a secret crush on Patty Mac. It's so funny. Like every girl in the USA loves him but won't admit it. I've noticed that. Cuz I'll randomly be like "sometimes I dream of marrying Patrick McEnroe" and whoever I'm talking to will be like "omc don't tell anyone but I do too!" :haha: We are all mental and it's great. I wonder what other countries commentators are like. I love ours though

I was so mad in Montreal this year cuz we had joked around about finding Pmac and Cliffy to meet them, and then on Monday when we were leaving I took a wrong turn and started walking by the door I guess the players go in to go to their special players area, like after they get dropped off, and I literally ran into Brad Gilbert :haha: And I just stopped and looked at him, turned around to Jess and Aundra and I was like "GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!" and pointed to him and then looked at him and laughed and then turned around and walked away :haha: It was the funniest thing ever. Why couldn't it have been Pmac :bigcry:

urbanjae
09-11-2005, 04:21 AM
OMC I think I remember when they opened the phone lines, because that's when I first saw Mats and was like, "Wow, who is this guy?" lol. Then I heard him talk and was very happy I had decided to keep it on that channel

That is great you almost ran into Gilbert. Did he see you pointing and laughing, or was he far away enough from you that he didn't? It would've been funny if he did see you; I can just see the WTF look on his face now. I hope you get to see Pmac at the next tourney you go to; you need to have your pic made with both him and Jmac at the same time. :aplot:

I think the other talkshows (22.00-0.00) would have been better, because they talk about 15 minutes with every guest. I don't know how it is in "Aktuelle Schaubude", but it's only 45 minutes, so I hope the other boring guests won't get so much time.

It was okay... good to hear when they mentioned something in the trailer before the interview that Kiwi with his style and behaviour brings some excitement to tennis which the sport can need because it already has to many boring characters  ;) In the interview he said that he hopes to be back in practise next week. This Sounded quite positive that he won't be forced to skip too many tournaments, if any at all.

I recorded it, so in case somebody missed it or wants it, then tell me.

I'm going back to university in September, but not for a regular 4 year degree. I was there for two years and left about a year ago cuz I wasn't sure if this was what I wanted to do. I was an English major. I have always wanted to do something with animals, especially with the ASPCA to help abused and injured animals, and a university close to where I live has courses to be a veterinary assistant ( aka animal nurse  ). In the morning / afternoons you do clinical work at a veternarian's office and at night you have classes. So it'll be an all day event for about a year, but it'll all be worth it. I think some of my family is a bit sad that I'm giving up the "normal" degree to do this, but then again this makes much more sense. My fave things in life are tennis, music & animals so I should work in one of these fields. I think this will all work out good. I'll have to start acting ilke an adult tho :p BUT I GET TO WEAR SCRUBS!!!!! HOLLER!!!!!

Good that you made a decision you like! :) Sure, on one hand it's a pity you started for two years but didn't finish it. On the other one, I think it's more important to do something you really want to do which should be the main preference always, if it is possible and if you have the feeling this would be the right decision.

I already did 5 semesters now, I'm currently in my 6th. I guess, if I suddenly, all of a sudden did not like my subject anymore (and I don't think this will happen  ) I would try to finish it somehow at this stage because I would think "damn, I've just went too far already". Sure, the last two years probably would not be fun then anymore as it used to be, but the choice would be 3 years wasted vs (about) 2 years to go.

See my whole thing was there was no major in university that I wanted or was very interested in. I just did English as my major cuz I am a writer-- I'm currently working on my first novel. So I just did that cuz after high school you're supposed to go to university, you know? But after two years of it I left cuz I really wasn't happy. But it is good now that I did go to class cuz for these ones if you haven't been in college before, you have to take some basic classes before taking these. I've had all the basic subjects and got great grades in them, so I don't have to worry about that now.

oh, and PS -- go see The Omen. I was on the fence about seeing it because the original is one of my favorite movies of all time, but they did a wonderful job with it. They were completely loyal to the original and did not stray from it at all. Leiv Schrieber & Julia Stiles are fantastic as well --- which is a lot for me to say because Gregory Peck is my fave actor of all time, but Liev did great at tackling that role and making it his own while still being loyal to the original.

From all the rain my town has flooded for the first time since 1972. They started evacuating people this morning. It's a mess. My university is flooded to the second floor. This kinda stuff doesn't happen in Reading, PA.

OMG, that's really bad Mary
Hope otherwise you are all well

Unfortunately I'm also quite used to such things, especially the last few years. In Germany we also had severeal local floodings near big rivers and many high water levels which troubled people and water entered their houses. And in Innsbruck I'm living only about 50 to 100 meters away from the Inn (a river, therefore the name of the town) and it can happen that you have the water in the buildings near to it as well, in particular at the time of snowmelt. Thanksfully, living in the sixth floor can also have advantages (besides that it keeps you fit in case there is no elevator  ), so at least I don't have to worry about the water in my appartment.

Hi all :wavey:

Was gone for some days, enjoying the good weather and going to Kitzbühel. I visited the tournament for five days. Then finally after tomorrow I had enough of it because it was a truely horrible Friday results-wise for me  But still, it wasn't so bad overall. Unfortunately the quality of most matches has not been too good, but at least Melzer and a few other players I liked there had a good tourney :)

ARE YOU SERIOUS?!
He must have been reading our MSN conversation from Tuesday :haha: because you said all you wanted was for him to go out to NYC to commentate for Eurosport & I said I just wanted him to come out here to meet me  and we both got our wishes!

Neely

haha yes, I'm very serious BTW :)

Great to see and hear Kiwi at least! :yeah:
Of course he rooted for Agassi the whole match  He did not try to show it too much, but he was a bit crazy about Andre and often when Pavel had great shots or saved critical situations he became silent :p At some point Pavel showed an incredible backhand longline winner and Kiwi did not comment it despite Stach hoped he would say something; then he prompted him "come on, that was a great show now" and Kiwi finally said something

And they did a few interviews with Kiwi on the US Open grounds. I saw two so far and in one he talked about certain players and gave some little insight how he sees them and what's happening in the locker room when they are playing in the other Stach and him were standing in front of the cashier's window for the prize money and Kiwi talked about taxes and other commissions of the players' prize money they earn.

Yappa

Theres also one where they're first talking over the phone. You can watch it on Eurosport.de
He even has his own "Kiwi and the city" column on the ES site.

Yeah, it was great to have him as Co-Commentator for the Agassi match. Before the begining of the match, he talked to Agassi and Andre asked him how the healing process was going. Andre also asked Kiwi, if he could lend him his legs.

In the match there was a similar scene to the one Neely described above: one rally where Pavel played a great drop shot. Agassi got to it but didnt manage to play the ball over the net, so Kiwi was clearly disappointed and his reaction was: "Aaah, that was Agassis point." Stach said what Neely already quoted.

Kiwi wrote in his colum that he was deeply moved. After the match was over, he went to Agassi to say bye (Kiwi will return to Germany on Wednesday) and Agassi told him to pay him a visit sometime in Las Vegas to do something about the H2H (Kiefer is 0:6 against Agassi). :p

LOL, great!
But the most hilarious thing was that at some time during the match Stach asked him "BTW, what's your h2h against Andre?" and Kiwi said "I don't know, something like 0-2 or 0-3" !!!!!

I did not buy THAT!

1) I don't believe that Stach did not know what the real h2h was (at least he knew it must have been much higher than that). I think he wanted to be polite and not inquiry him further on that subject ;)

2) I don't believe that Kiwi does not know it's 0-6 against him?! Can a player really be that wrong forgetting about half the matches they played? Or was it a blackout because in his Eurosport column he is mentioning it, too, and this time it's correct.

Yup and I just knew he'd get inside the top ten, but then all this had to start. I'm sure he's working really hard offcourt. The scary things is that he was in amazing shape during the time he played last year and he still got injured. I'd love to see what kind of training he does escpecially for next season since it;s such a big injury

Haha, I think so he's creating a lot of stir! So this era with Iverson being a 76er is over  I think only two other active players (Garnett and Bryant) have been longer or as long with the same team as him. Good thing I graduate university in two months and can get a real job. ;)

How is everyone?!!!

LOL, I did not even think you had this bakery job anymore anyway because I thought you told me your veternary school is full-time!!! Mary!! Didn't you want to quit it like a year ago already or so? And what the heck? You are graduating already even though you started only in September last year?

Well, I have been complaining about quitting there since about a week after I started  I hated that job. I only worked three days a week since I've gone back to school. And since I was already in university and had gotten all my gen eds out of the way, I only had to take the specialized classes and I doubled up on them. So I'll be certified as a veterinary assistant and be able to work in a hospital. Next year I'll have my veterinary technician degree and then if I want to keep going as a veterinarian it'll be another four years. Ahh!

four:love, I didn't want to post about the name issue again in the Federer/Haas thread, maybe you read my further comment here.
But you are right on this and I noticed it many times already that not only Haas/Hass is a common mistake, but also Kiefer/Keifer. First I thought that the actor Keifer Sutherland was responsable for that, but after some time I found out that his correct name is also written Kiefer! So I was also influenced by reading the wrong spelling somewhere and was in wrong belief about :o

So probably it is more that the "ei" in English is pronounced sometimes like the "ie" in German or it is just a common mis-coordination between the two hands because "i" and "e" are on different sides of the keyboard, and therefore, when typing fast it can easily happen that you press one too early?

:haha: I can still decorate cakes, I just don't have a job anymore. And besides, don't you want a Denver cake now ;) or are you still a Sixers fan?

I need a new job!!!!!! It hasn't even been a week that I haven't been working and I'm already bored to death. :sobbing: At least I still get 3 more weeks of paychecks from my former job so I'm not panicking just yet. I have given my resume to about 12 veterinary hospitals this week so far.... *crosses fingers*

Yeah, I'm still following the Sixers as well because over all the years I got used to many other players on the team as well, it was a long time!

I'm home alone for two weeks. Now I have to make one of my friends sleep over every night cuz I hate being alone. :scared: I'm fine during the day, but I hate sleeping in a house by myself. At least I have my fierce guard dog to protect me. ;) (Jasmine would keep Dani out;))

My friend got Crystal & I passes to Saturday Night Live this weekend!!!! Shia LaBeouf is hosting (who I've been in love with since he was on "Even Stevens" on the Disney Channel)!!!! We were gonna go up to NYC last night to try and see him at rehearsals, but with the snow we opted to stay home. I guess it all worked out. ;)

I am leaving for orientation for my new job today. :scared: They have a no-tattoo policy, but saw the one on my hand already. They just asked me to cover it with a band aid. But they haven't seen the one on my forearm yet... or my wrists. This could get interesting.

lol, I don't understand anything. I never heard of Shia LaBoeouf and don't know what kind of show this is
So do you still leave tomorrow then if you couldn't leave last night due to the snow?

As for the job, good luck with it and I hope they're liking you nevertheless, even if you have some tattoos :p

 You've never heard of Saturday Night Live (SNL)?!!! That's insane to me!

Shia used to be on a hugely popular show on the Disney Channel called "Even Stevens." He was kinda the male version of Hilary Duff (if you know her). Pi x of him are attached ;) But this new movie looks amazingggg. Here's the trailer for it! (http://www.apple.com/trailers/dreamworks/disturbia/) He just signed on for the new Indiana Jones movie today too :yeah: :woohoo: He's been in Holes, I Robot, Constantine, Charlies Angels 2, Bobby, and Transformers. :hearts:

And yes we'll still leave tomorrow. It didn't snow here at all and it was just a wet heavy snow up there... It's probably gone by now. ;)

And, everything with the job went great. They don't care about the tattoos as long as I wear long sleeves. :yeah: And since I got a job this means I get my kitten this week!!!!! :cat:

Kiwi hates me. I'm convinced of this.
He has a signing in NYC and I find out about it 1/2 hour after it started.
Everyday I went to USO I would miss him practicing by like 10 minutes.
And now I tried to go to his fanshop and had to go on a desktop to even SEE it.
So I buy a bunch of shirts and track jacket and went to buy it and THERE IS NO SHIPPING TO THE USA???

wtf Kiwi. I'm convinced he hates me which is why my av is what is what it is.

Even my friends keep saying "What did you do to him to make him hate you?" UGH I DO NOT KNOW.

Nat. You have been there for me for about three years now. You know it is hate. And I've only said about four words to him so I don't know how there's hate.

If there is only no shipping to the USA, then he really hates you
But if there is also no shipping to Canada or other non-European countries as well, I think the reason must be a different one (customs duties maybe because it is a commercial sales? payment handling?).

Estonia is EU which makes the movement of commerical goods easier, but Japan is a surprise. I didn't check his fan shop in detail yet, but I must say that Mary is right then when she says that it's crap that the US is singled out then, but a delivery to Japan is possible

It's okay. If he ever makes it open to the USA I'm not going to buy anything now cuz it's wrong and unfair. :ras: to Kiwi and his site.
