Question about tickets

I want to buy tickets for this tournament, it's possible to buy them through their website if you're from outside Spain... I emailed the tournament with this question, but they won't answer it

The question... if you order them through the website, will you get a 'proof of payment' or something like that, so that you can pick up the tickets at the venue when you get there, or will they send you the tickets by mail? Does anyone know?

Last year my American friend who went to Madrid bought her tickets on-line through the "El Corte Ingles" website - or you can phone up the girls at the Madrid Tournament Office and they will help you. To my knowledge, Madrid Masters' won't post tickets outside Spain, but they will fax or email you a "voucher" that you can take to the Box Office along with your credit card statement as proof of payment, when you collect the tickets. I've never known anyone have problems.

Thanks Rosie! That's what I was hoping for... I'd rather not have tickets worth hundreds of euros in the mail! Last year I just bought them at the box office, but we want good seats this year. And they actually have a website now for people outside of Spain to buy tickets.... in English! :yeah:
