Be careful Rogi, he won't be that easy to beat I think!

Go Rogi, we have faith you can do it :bounce:

This should be a great match. Federer will need to serve well in this match, and I'd like to see him serve and volley alot more.

Juanqui will definitely be playing up at the net more... not ALL baseline. Rogi needs to play his best cos our little Juanqui is determined and motivated and has nada que perder... all the pression on our little Rogi!

S be a great match but I fear they'll show Pandy/Guille... w our dumb coverage... still too many Amers in the draws.

He will be?, lol. Unless he comes in behind terrific approach shots, I woulden't recomend it. ;)

JCF is one of the few players, who is not afraid of Roger. He just missed Roger's great year 2004 due to sickness and injury. Therefore, in JCF's mind Roger is still one of his own peer group and he proved that by coming very close in Dubai this year.

But it is grass after all, and that's why I don't consider JCF as a real threat which I'd do on other surfaces. I saw parts of JCF's match against Mayer which he won convincingly. For large parts Mayer was just inferior. JCF played his own game, traditionally mainly from the base line and whatever he might say in interviews(discussed on GM) I lack the imagination to see him beating Roger on grass. Good luck, Roger!

Looks like Ancic is going down. Lost first two sets and down a break in the third. I think this is good for Roger, but I'm not sure about Lopez. Anyone know his game and if he can trouble Roger (assuming Roger gets that far)?

lopez is good on grass, it's his favorite surface. I saw him play, he's a lefty which roger might not like, but feli doesn't always manage to play at his best level for an entire match.

Lopez just defeated Ancic in straight sets - 6/4 6/4 6/2.

Lopez is also in Hewitt's quarter - so assuming Hewitt wins against Dent,Lopez would have to get pass Hewitt first.

We'll talk about it when the need arises, it is not a foregone conclusion that Lopez will get that far. ;)

In their h2h, Roger is 4-0, Lopez won a set off him in the finals of Dubai last year, and 2003 quarters at Wimby it was a breaker on the first set, Roger won the match in 3. (and we know what happened that year) ;)

as Pushkin stated, let's see how far Feli gets...
