well, the good news is that Marat's wrist no longer bothers him and he's able to train again. He's in Moscow atm training with a well-known Russian trainer to get into top physcial condition. :) Can't wait to see him play again! :bounce:

Marat is scheduled to make his return in LA not RCA. He isn't looking to enter in any tournnaments earlier than LA.

I would really love it when Marat would be back on tour. But I think we have to be patient, that he has time enough to recover well enough and that is back in top form. Then we can enjoy the best tennis of Marat.

I'm good. Very busy with school and work. We're having gorgeous summer weather here in Vancouver atm but haven't been able to enjoy any of it. Always cooped up indoors. :mad: But other than that i'm good. ;) Very excited about Marat's comeback next week. :D

Well his management said that Marat is in Moscow preparing for his return in Shanghai.

Absolutely fresh information (for some soothing): Marat probably will do without operation. Today a bandage from a wrist have removed and he on the sly started to train in Moscow. Is going to play somewhere (while not clear where) on the next week, but about terms of returning in ATR-round a little while speech does not go.
Can was and operation an ill hand better. Relapses are quite possible. However this my opinion.

I have no idea why he's pulled out but it was becoming clear Marat didn't really want to play Shanghai. I don't know if it's connected to his wrist or not.

I also had the same problem. :mad: It kept stopping and starting... really annoying but it WAS nice to see Marat again. He looks good except for that bandage on his wrist. Don't know what to make of that.
