I've been looking thru Dementieva's grass record and it doesn't look impressive. She played only 1 match on grass last year (Wimbley) and lost to SANDRA KLEINOVA 4-6, 6-1, 4-6. So basically she has played 1 grass match in 3 years( she didn't play on grass in 03 at all).

Lack of grass matches for Dementieva is obvious. My bookie offers 6.00 on Chladkova to win and it is a must try! Low stakes.

Hanescu is a tall fellow though which usually means big serve so.

I see two tight sets at the least.

Ljube should win in straight sets.

Ljubicic leads H2H 3-0, won 2 times on hard, once on clay.

Hanescu took him to 3 in Marseille this year.

Ljubicic really picked up his game this year, so overall when you look at how he played before he lost to Nadal in Miami, you'd have to give him the edge in this match.

Ljubicic hasn't really been trailing behind too many players on HC.

He took Federer to 3 and lost to Pim in straight sets in their final.

It was always Federer/Ljubicic in finals this year, so Ivan is playing alot better on fast courts this year.

Ljubicic lost both grass matches last year, but like I said, he picked his game up on fast surfaces so much this year.

His HC record doesn't even compare last year with this year so you can't say he will suck on grass this year.

Hanescu beat Ivanisevic in Halle in 3 sets last year.

Lost to Dent in straight at Wimby, took him to 2 breakers.
