I think Gambill, Blake, or Paradorn have a chance to take Agassi out of it.

No Doubt, AGASSI still remain dominated this tour.

I think Agassi will win it....if he gets through Phillippoussis in the second round...(which he is expected to)... he'll probably play Martin in the Quarters....and possibly Balke in the Semis...

Paradorn has a good chance....

I expect these pairings in the semis... Agassi and Blake...Srichaphan and Gambill... then Agassi and Srichaphan final..then Agassi wins

Where is Lleyton???? Is he cutting back on his schedule? The final last year was great here when he and Agassi played!

02-09-2003, 11:52 PM
Yeah...he is cutting his schedule....

Lleyton won't be playing until Memphis I think....although I haven't seen his name on the acceptance list there either...he'll probably take this month off....and play Indian Wells and Miami...

I read an article in an aussie newspaper saying that Lleyton's gonna commit himself to Davis Cup, Grand Slams only.....so...he'll not be number 1 this year...unless he wins at least 2 grand slams and a few TMS

I don't very much expect Paradorn VS Agassi in the final.

Recently I watched Paradorn played Davis Cup against Korea in Thailand. Totally I would say he was still kind of rusty of his game. He did not play best. I think he need to play some more match for practice.

Hopefully he wins a couple of matches and probably meet Kenneth Carlsen in QF. It's going to be interesting because Paradorn is looking forward to make a revenge SF lost in last year Japan Open.

Go Pardaorn, do your best.

Have faith my friend. I saw Paradorn play at Australian open. He lost in 5 sets to Phillippoussis. But, Phillippoussis is an enigma, he can be hot and cold. Very unlucky for Paradorn to lose that much.

I think Paradorn has the game to go all the way. If he stays fit.
I am not 100% certain that he can make it pass the quarters but I am confident he will make us proud, even if he bows out earlier.

:) :) :)

Well...he did bow out in the first round...but he'll have better luck in Memphis...

Whoever predicted Andre knew what he was talking about.
I was hoping, but keep mum in case I jinx him. But must admit I didn't expect him to have such problems with Voltchkov & thought the one vs Blake would be much closer.
