i remember once (Toronto i think), with Roddick & lapenti.
lapenti accused Roddick of no fair play :andy calls the doctor during the match & lapenti accused of doing it to get time because he were loosing,
at the end of the match, both get argued and they start fighting (with hands)
when security came to stop them !!!

actually that's how I picture Andy really. Rather using fists than brain.

Clement admited in an interview on a French radio station with Tony Parker that one time he would have taken on Coria if the umpire would not have been there. I put my money on Clement.

who would have figured, ot would be roddick to fight, i mean it would attract such media, and the world would begin to hate him. It would would help what little repute he has.

Luzzi and Daniel Koellerer.

I have heard about that, but I dont know exactly what the incident was. It'd be great if someone could tell the story.

I dont think Roddick and Lapentti actually fought, they just exchanged words and Lapentti was very angry.

I heard that Gaudio and Horatio De La Pena have fought Coria off the court. And now Clement wanted to as well. Seems like everyone is annoyed by Coria.

Lapentti and Roddick were 'arguing' in the Miami tournament. It was about lapentti thinking Roddick was faking an injury.

It was at some European Challenger (Italian I think) a year or two ago. I don't know why it happened, but I believe there was an actual fist fight, and Luzzi got in trouble/more trouble.

I saw a video of two guys in 18's going at it after a match at orange bowl. :haha: it was really funny because it was a real "sissy" fight, they were chasing eachother from court to court.

Yes, Danny "Wildman" Koellerer is a bit of a loose canon.

The story was that Luzzi and Koellerer who are both absolute hotheads on court, were playing and they were getting pretty expressive and dickhead Dani was at his best calling him names and vice versa.

At the shake of hands there was still some heat and then later Luzzi went over to Koellerer after the match and it continued on, Dani mouthed something and Luzzi hit him.

Koellerer was the one who got the longer suspension than Luzzi.

Well thankfully it's mostly exchanging of words and bad looks, but you never know about post-matches! And I think Clement would take down Coria.

Yes. Winning Ugly is what it's all about.

The sport known as tennis wouldn't even exist anymore if Winning Ugly had not been published.

David Wheaton  Not very Christian-like behaviour.

I like the picture of Patty Schnyder pulling away when shaking hands with Conchita-Martinez.

Massu and Gaudio in Santiago Challenger at least 7 years ago. I don't know exactly why they fought, but they were arguing for wrong ball calls with the umpire, and then Gaudio realise a "gran Willy" shot (between the legs) that also call right and it was wrong. Massu was annoying and then they fought after the match in the way to locker rooms.

If it came down to it, Nadal would kick everyone's ass.

2nd best brawler, Monfils.

Pim would trip everyone with his long legs, sweeping heel kick.

Hmmm...mostly I agree with you, but I think that Lleyton would have to rank as either first or second in the brawler category. All that footy has to come in handy sometime.

Didn't a long time ago Bob Hewitt and someone else get into a fight at Wimbledon or something in the 1970's.
