Hola!!!
Bonjour tout le monde!!!
Guten tag!!!

Ok, since we've gone on and started posting in other languages, I thought it'd be fun to make a new thread.

I know several of us know more than one language, and this thread is the opportunity to "exchange" so to speak.

Did I get the grammar to my crap sentence right? I was trying to say "I like this thread".
Yes, the grammar was right Tiff. I just think that you could have used "là" instead of "ci"...J'aime cette thread là aussi. But both terms are correct. I can't explain why but "là" comes more natural to me...sorry, there are things that I can't explain. See why I'm no teacher now?! :)
In fact, I suppose that the "ci" would have been used if you were making a comparison between this thread and another one. To point out that you prefer this one. But as it is not the case..

But you're welcome my friend. If I can help! ;)

Precision. When you say, in French, je peine to do sthg, it means that you are having a tough time doing that thing.

It was correct Sophia, except that you used "meilleur" whereas you should have said "mieux"...je me sens mieux.

Perfect! :) Just need a "e" at désolée, because you're a girl...but such a minor detail Sophia!

Thanks Choupi...I should write French more often..its okay to speak it...which I do at home a lot but I never really get the opportunity to write it down except in cards to my Dad and cousins etc....

Hey, nice try Sophia! I'm answering in English because I don't want to keep Jud away from here for too long. She still hasn't appeared since yesterday. :)
Still no Jud  I am worried. Maybe a dike broke and Holland is under water
