it's a tradition for me to start the new year with Doha on tv.every year i watch it since 30/31 december and when i wake up in the new year on 1 january i see tennis,and i think it's the best way to start the year for me ;)

i reckon it's better for players to play lead up tournaments in australia coz then you dont hafta fly over just before the AO and all the tourneys here are just the best...:P

this tradition started many years ago,i cant remember exactly.but it's very nice to get up on 1 January at 2 pm (after a night of fun!) and to watch tennis.here we say "if u do something the first day of the year,u'll do it all year long" ;)

hehe ok well i hope the frenchies do well here for ur sake then!...as ur motto goes, if they do well at the start of the year, they'll do well all year! :)
