I heard the voting for player of the year was a nailbiter...it came down to a few votes here and there so it could have gone either way :D

Indeed. If not for the fact that Coria is too good of a guy to vote for himself, it might not have gone to Federer afterall.

Does anybody know where I can find a history of the atp awards? It used to be on the site, but I can't find it. I want a history of newcomer winners.

Congrats Rogi, can't say I'm shocked though. However, I'm shocked that Justine wasn't even nominated for Best Player Of The Year, who cares if she barely play? She still won Australian Open, Olympics and Indian Wells, more than Myskina or Kuznetsova did.

Well, why is Miami considered the best AMS? Is it because people want it to be the 5th slam?

Roger Federer: Height: 6'1'' (185 cm)
Maria Sharapova: Height 6' (1.83 m) so she wearing small heels only ;)

Well, why is Miami considered the best AMS? Is it because people want it to be the 5th slam? :lol:The players were the ones who chose AMS Miami, Dubai, and Houston/Bastad as their favorite tournaments.

Several of the awards (most improved, sportsmanship award, newcomer, comeback player, & the tournaments of the year) are voted on exclusively by the players.

The term "fifth slam" is absolutely absurd to me. Regardless, if people want to do something that makes no sense to me and call it that, I won't lose any sleep. This time.

As for Daniela's outfit... eh, I thought she looked good. She shouldn't put her head down for photos because she has no chin, but either than that she looked good. She's so petite that she looked cute, no hoochie in that. Just my opinion :)

The former Mr Hingis the Spanish one known as Julian Alonso reitred with back problems and too much party syndrome.
