Is it bad to use nothing but 2 overgrips in a racket as opposed to putting 1 overgrip on top of a replacement grip....b/c my racket gets a lil big if i put the replacement grip..but my cousin told me there isn't enough cushioning with just 2 overgrips...what do ya think? thanks in advance
i reckon 1 replacement grip, and 1 overgrip is best
basiclly because thats how all the pros do it- and cushioning needs the replacement grip. However- if you feel good with this then what is teh point in changing- just try to make sure you are comfortable whenn hitting.

I've seen pros using only the replacement grip, but using the overgrip is better. Be aware than an overgrip increases grip size by 1/16", even 1/8".

i play with 1 replacement and 1 overgrip. its a matter of preference i suppose, i'm guessing 2 overgrips might give you some blisters if there's not replacement grip underneath it but i don't know for sure. try it out?
