I know a lot of people think Richard Gasquet will have one but who else do you think is going to have a breakthrough year?

Perhaps Brian Dabul?
Maybe Bogdanovich?

or, finally, Mario Ancic?

What say you?

I don't know, but since now I hope that Gasquet and Ancic could be the surprises or the breakthroughs of the year.

Ancic needs to learn how to win the match after a big win.

Hope he does it coming season.

Perhaps Dudi Sela will have a good first year in the ATP too. He has been doing quite well lately in ITF, especially with that win in Luxemburg

I think Gasquet is a couple years off his big "breakthrough" year, personally.

Any special reason for this thought, Rebecca? Do you think he still needs to improve, mentally?

Well he hasn't yet had a full year on tour. He only went pro officially after the US Open. He turns 17 around the French Open. Yes, his challenger results have been impressive. But there is a big difference between being a good challengers player, and coming from the oblivion to start winning main tour titles.
