The Slovakian was in fine form in Melbourne, defeating Gaston Gaudio en route to a quarterfinal appearance before being ousted by eventual champion Marat Safin.

Go Hrbaty! :) He's one of my fave's.

The Slovakian has enjoyed good form recently, reaching the quarterfinals in Milan. He also advanced to the third round at the Australian Open, ousting strong German Tommy Haas on the way.
