I watched Lleyton play his final this morning, and was so impressed-I've always liked him & his tennis, and obv been partial to his sheer intensity and passion. But today my mind was transformed, and I'm now a true fan!
I met him in Aorangi Park at Wimbledon last year, with Jim, but I want to see more!

Welcome aboard the band wagon. I wish it could be under happier circumstances.

Welcome to the forum, jt fan.

It's been a brilliant couple of weeks. I'm pretty  that it had to end this way, but very proud of the way Lleyton competed.

Yeah for sure its sad he lost, but he has so much time left.. I will be going to RG-he can win it for sure!
And he can gain so much from the 2 weeks, hope he's not too down.

That's great that you're going to Paris. We know he'll have one fan there anyway. ;)

Feel free to share lots of anecdotes. :) The strength he's added should really help him on clay.

I think he's going to be very disappointed for a while, but he's a resilient young man - he'll be okay, I think.

He's a great player for sure! i had the chance to se him playing last year in Paris for the Masters Series , in his match against Gael Monfils, and i must admit that he played wonderfully, he's got an amazing game!!
