Coria would not be definitively outside of the match.
He's waiting for the authorization of his doctor, because it seems that his problem would not have been so serious

Article on Tim Henman's withdrawal:

"Henman withdraws from Marseille

Tim Henman has been forced to withdraw from next week’s Open 13 in Marseille due to continued problems with his back.

The British number one says he has been experiencing difficulties since returning from the Australian Open.

He said: “My back didn’t react particularly well to my matches in Australia or the flight home, and it’s been problematic ever since.

“Recently it’s been really stiff and I haven’t been able to train or practice properly, which has been really frustrating.”

Henman had back trouble throughout most of 2004, most famously at the US Open where he lost in the semi-finals.

He was unable to practice between matches ay Flushing Meadows and was forced to undergo numerous sessions of manipulation in order to be able to take to the court.

“I’ve had a couple of consultations with specialists since I first experienced the problem but I felt the time was right to seek further help,” added Henman, who had his latest treatment in London’s Harley Street.

“I’ve been told that my condition is basically just down to wear and tear so there’s not much I can do in terms of trying to rectify it completely.

“It’s very much a case of trying to improve my body core stability and being much more aware of my posture both on and off the court.

“I’ve been given a number of strengthening exercises that I need to add to my daily routine.

“Unfortunately, given the fact that I haven’t been able to train or practice properly I feel it would be foolish to try and get back on court next week in Marseille.

“However, I’m hopeful that if things go well I’ll be able to play in Rotterdam the week after, but it’s still going to be very much a case of taking it day by day in the very short term to see how my back reacts and responds to the programme I’ve been given.”

WC : Arnaud CLEMENT and Gaël MONFILS
+ maybe (not confirmed) : Marat SAFINI found the wording of the WC announcement amusing: WILD CARD
27/01/2005

The two first wild cards (direct invitation for the final draw) have been given to Arnaud Clément and Gaël Monfils. The third and last one will be used at the very last moment and may be given to the whimsical Russian player Marat Safin ....http://www.open13.org/R3_public/R3-2_an/R3-2-7_actu/R3-2-7-1_visualiser/F3-2-7-1.cfm?u_i_actu=166&u_i_type=2
