steve is playing European Junior Individual Championhips 18&U in klosters... he is seeded #5 first round he has a bye, second round he won against Ollivert (ESP) 6-4, 6-2 , third round he beat Ciumac (MLD) 6-3, 6-1 now he is in the 1/8finals, and has to play against #11ryderstedt(SWE)
also dennis mertens (BEL) is playing there, he won his first match against Despotovski(MKD) 1-6, 7-6 (5), 6-0, but lost his second round match against Hizak (CRO) 2-6, 6-4, 4-6
they're playing doubles together and are seeded #1 , first and secnd round BYE, 1/8 finals against UKR 6-1, 6-0 now they have to play against Est.

yaaay! steve is in the semis!
he won his 1/8final against #11ryderstedt(SWE) with 6-3, 7-5
1/4 final against #3 Baghdatis (CYP) 6-4, 6-2
sssssoooooooooo now the semis... great results! :bounce:
now he has to play against Minar (CZE) an unseeded player .. so if he can win against all those seeded players this may not be a problem!!
in doubles they won against EST 6-3, 6-4 but lost in the semis against #6 RUS :(

AO? no, he isn't a juniorplayer anymore, he is from '84.. so this year he starts with futures and challenger tournaments, and next week it s another futurestournament in el salvador, well i hope he can do better than this week! good luck steveeee
