when giving reputation how do you make it neutral aswell as negative and postitive? and also when writing your message how do you put the smilies in?? :confused:

Grey dots, the neutral ones, are just given when somebody has not enough posts to "properly" good or bad rep you.
I think you must have at least 50 posts, I believe, but not sure about that.

You can only put smilies in the rep comments if you know the smiley code to include in your rep comment.

for example :cool: and :clap2: are :cool: and :clap2:

it works the same as when writing a "normal" post!

People with negative total rep points can't properly "rep" you either.

You can only put smilies in the rep comments if you know the smiley code to include in your rep comment.

Also, make sure in your additional options that your smilies are enabled. If they are disabled, they won't work.
