Class win by X-man. Played brilliant shots from time to time :)
Totally outplayed Troicki who only kept himself alive by serving hard in the first set.

Stupid move by Troicki calling the linesman a cheater. That ball was tight, but I think it was out. I'm not sure though.
Anyway by turning everybody against him he gave X the win there.

But I really had to laugh about his little conversation with the umpire...
You don't put him on my side? You're afraid I'm gonna hurt him? You know I wouldn't kick him.

X definately has lots of great tennis in him.

Good to see Malisse to win a couple of matches on grass.

Troicki :haha:. Completely lost the plot after that point. He's a clown, but at least he's a humorous one. We'll be hearing a lot more Kickbandian references throughout the rest of this year.

The ball was in. He was right about it being a bad call, and right about it being the second bad call by the same linesman in quick succession. I would have applauded him if he would have requested another linesman, in a normal fashion. Instead he started flopping his arms around and called him an idiot. Very immature, and it cost him a point penalty, his concentration, the match, and possibly a fine.

@BroTree: I think every silly thing a player does on court will be compared to Nalbandian now, he's clearly set the bar high though ^^

Well, it was tough to see.
But why didn't the umpire overrule the out-call?

Bad for tennis. Worst result of the year so far. Malisse should always lose.

Stupid hater. Malisse played great. When he playes near his top form he is a class player, a joy to watch. how can that be bad for tennis?

Malisse is so much better than Troicki. This is the only acceptable result for the game.

Some good form on grass.

Do you (Malisse fans) think it's a good decision to play TWO pre Wimbledon Tournaments with Queens AND s'Hertogenbosch...

Or will it affect his Wimbledon in a negative way?

Malisse has a relatively good physique, so tireness won't be such a problem.
The one thing that makes or breaks Malisse is confidence. Last year he has R2 at Queens and SF at Unicef, so he has a lot of points to defend. Now he lost only just in 3d round of Queens and has chance of reaching the semi's again here...

Playing lot's of tournaments is not a problem for him, if he's confident... Watch out.

Nalkickian.

Or alternatively, Crash NalBandikick.

The latter sure rolls off the tongue
