Most of the names on this list are not pure ball basher IMO, I pick Andrey anyway.

It's between Cilic and Golubev (Golubash), maybe Cilic.

Gonzo. But now Soderling if you count him as active.
How is Rosol not an option? Biggest basher there is

Berdych and Söderling.

1. Juan Martin del Potro
2. Tomas Berdych
3. Robin Soderking
4. James Blake (in his prime he was a joy to watch)
5. Marin Cilic
6. Andrey Golubev

I'd also put Gonzalez there even though he's retired, it was a joy to watch him unleash that monster forehand

T'was close between Soderling and Berdych, but if they'd meet I'd be favoring the Swede so I guess he wins.

Soderling, clearly. He reached 2 Finals by doing it in top form

Soderking ofc. In his absence Berdych tries to fill as fav but he'd better start to deliver soon.

Definitely Gonzo, his ballbashing was orgasmic  , that's why I voted "other" but I realized you didn't put him because he was retired.

Then I would vote for a semi-retired player : James Blake, semi-orgasmic comparing to Gonzo.

Among more active ones Del Potro or Golubev.

I don't think Cilic is a ballbasher but Gulbis definitely should be in the list, maybe the purest ballbasher of all.

Berdych Del Potro partly.

Quite a few of these are not true ballbashers. Dolgopolov can choose to be a ballbasher even though he slices (but so did Blake). Also Gulbis is a total ballbasher. I think Kei Nishikori is also a ballbasher light. He pretty much hits every ball hard and flat. Anyways I don't really have a favorite because I don't like ballbashers mostly EXCEPT FERNANDO GONZALEZ (until Larry Stefanki got him)

Wow, Berdych has a shockingly low number of supporters. Both he and Soderking are by far my faves. Del Po's tards have ruined him for me.

Del Potro (because he's better than Murray and I like his composure and presence on the tennis court).

Soderling (because he's better than Murray and smashed RN at RG).

Berdych (can return really well and moves incredibly well for his size).

Where is Tsonga? When 'on', Tsonga is one of the few guys who can win a slam.

Yeah, Tsonga, one of the guys with better volleys and touch at the net on tour, is a ballbasher

Blake's commitment to bashing the ball under any and all circumstances was unparalleled.

Yes, Tsonga has more variety than a naked ball basher. Maybe I'm lacking a basic definition of a 'ball basher'. Tsonga does have massive hits from the baseline though - which is where I was coming from.

Berdych, Tsonga, Cilic, Roddick, are not ballbashers. Soderling is questionable. He bashes, but he also does construct points and has/can produce quite a bit of spin on his shots although they appear very flat, so he's not a pure basher. But I'd pick him from the guys on this list.

Del Potro is more of an offensive grinder than anything else.

He does hit very hard, but he's not a ballbasher. He has brilliant touch at the net and volleys and charges the net whenever the opportunity presents itself. He's an attacking player, but with excellent variety, definitely not a ballbasher by any means.

Blake was a superb player on hardcourts at his best. Loved his match with Haas at the 2007 USO. That was tennis.
