He has just got to eight, equalling Roger Federer (2003-2010).

Nadal is so far 2005-2012 and counting.

Can he get the all time record for this?

I think its pretty much in his sights.

rg 13 and rg 14 are safely in the bag if the knees hold up. and if he keeps working hard on his game and his fitness.

the rest will take care of itself.

Quite possible, but far from 100% certainty.

I reckon he'll win AO13, doubt novak can win it 3 years in a row

Should still be the favourite at RG for the next couple of years.

Its not just Federer.. Borg and Sampras done that too with 8 seasons. Great achievement but Rafa is going to 9 next year

Yeah, gotta laugh to people saying about burning up, 8 years in a row...
Hes not gonna let himself . Hes a hard worker and will play Grand Slam competitive tennis until 30 at least.

Rafa is an animal. I never thought he would break any of RF big records. Obviously it is the first big one to be broken.

virtually impossible not to win rg when no clay courters in this era

+easy draws
+cheating

=7* RG

Nadal's incredible domination on clay make this a very real possiblity. Barring injuries, RG13 is practically a lock as CD said. I'm not prepared to call RG14 a lock though because a lot can happen in tennis in two years. But that's also not outside the realm of possibility.

This is one record he has a genuine shot at.

Although to put it in perspective, at least one of Gonzales, Rosewall, or Laver would have surpassed it had they been eligible for slams.
