Disappointing. Fred was up a break in the first set, had break point to start the third set. Had tons of openings in all three sets, but wasn't able to take advantage of many of those opportunities, just didn't come through when he needed to do so. Baghdatis broke for *2-1 in the third set on a letcord winner and cruised from there. Marcos vacillated between good and bad play, some good serving, but wild forehands and he slipped and fell several times on the grass. He played his best after breaking in the third set so that's a good sign for him going forward.

Lucky I didn't watch all of it. From what I made out of a set and a half, it was garbage.
