The draw sucks since every one of my faves outside of Darcis are on the bottom half. Hopefully Jan wins the title here, he has done so twice in the past, and quite frankly I see no-one stopping him from making the finals here. I hope Verdasco doesn't make the finals, for obvious reasons, I definitely hope he doesn't win the title, and nobody should be rooting for him.

80% Verdasco, 10% Mayer, 10% everybody else, Steps is in bad form (in singles) so i'm sure he won't win it

Better than some 250 draws.

I think Verdasco or Mayer will take this one.

I'm stunned to see Verdasco in a challenger. Since I cannot see him taking this seriously, it opens the draw for Darcis so I'm picking him.

Aren't RRH and Volandri 2 guys that you really root for? why wouldnt they have a chance against hajek

RRH is a better player than Raonic on clay too (accoridng to Filo V), so he should easily beat Hajek.

Fiasco in a challenger :haha:

He'll lose to that qualifier in straight sets probably.

Notice that all the top 3 seeds accepted a Wildcard. God, I wonder how much they were each paid to come here, just to make the challenger look "strong".

Verdasco. Mayer and Stepanek combined have probably less chanches than him.

I think they aren't bad decision;)
Mayer isn't good form. He should win a couple of match and gain some confidence.
And next week's Halle on grass, this is very tough tournament.
Therefore not bad decision;)

Amazed Verdasco is there. His ego is huge, must have been paid a ton
Mayer´s form is so bad, he should´ve done it for free

Stunned that Verdasco is playing this event. He hasn't had a bad year, and doesn't particularly need the points. He should be preparing for the grass.

Beyond Verdasco, I'm not too sure who would win it. Certainly I'd be shocked if Stepanek does, although he should have a chance to go most of the way.

Verdasco is playing for money, but he also probably looks at it as free 110 points. Sort of like Lopez in Bogota last year, where he played at 60% and still won the title and 125 points.
