Roland Garros: R3 Tsonga def The Fog 7-5 6-4 6-4

Some things to point:

- A 3-setter vs a good player in this surface is really good for Jo.
- Forehand looks and works AMAZING.
- Bad thing is he was broken so many times, and he's one of the strongest servers in the tour, even for clay, this is bad. (I think 5 times).
- He'll probably lose in R4, but beeing in the best of 16 players on Roland Garros is okay for Tsonga. I'm okay with this... I hope he could win next round.

:D

Worst match I've seen this tournament, luckily Fognini always brings some moments of joy, although I don't understand why he didn't care at all today.

I don't know who Tsonga plays next, but it will be a joke if he doesn't get taken out.

Fog is legendary!
He was like lying on the beach, joking and flirting with some nice italian girls :worship:

There were plenty of antics from the Fog, getting broken from 40-0 up on serve, then breaking.

When Tsonga got lucky. The Fog: Why always in his favour? It's the third time. Can I have one too?" all while telling the crowd to f*ck off.

Tsonga not happy the Fog was fast serving him when he wasn't ready.

Fog is a quitter. He's so mentally fragile. I watched him play at the US Open against Berdych last year in person. You could just see after he lost the first set, that the fight leaves this guy.

In other news, isn't Tsonga looking like Stronga going into the second week? Perhaps Jo can be this years Soderling or Verkerk...because I don't think Berdych will be.

Voo/anybody have his record after he loses the first set? I bet he's like 2-200.

Fog played more than 5 hours yesterday (singles and doubles combined) and couldn't move at all today. Looked really lazy with the feet.

What?

This was spendidly entertaining. How tennis should - & could, if not for the evil ATP - be played.

Tsonga never really looked in danger, and Fognini was in complete beach mode, didn't seem to give a shit a all. So as expected weird match with some exho points and lots of wanking around.

Entertaining match this. Too bad the fog can never get serious enough to win one of these matches

The crowd

Fabio, what a great man. He could have skipped doubles yersterday (like many mugs do) but he was very loyal so Simone Bolelli, great friend who stayed in Rome for him. I don't even care about the less, he is a true force :worship:

Fog will win RG 13 defeating Suckfin 0-6 6-0 0-6 7-6 100-98 in the final.

The 2 obviously being the most important 2:

2-6, 4-6, 7-5, 6-4, 9-7 v Monfils RG 2010

4-6, 6-4, 3-6, 6-3, 11-9 v Montanes RG 2011
