Well Granollers right leg seems to be bothering him a bit?
Jaziri had great depth and angles on the forehand and Granollers was serving well at times and attack the net effectively.

Yeah I think Jaziri takes it, Granollers was apparently bothered quite a bit by his leg injury in his match against Sousa and today the situation didn't change too much. So, yes, I say Malek wins via being the fittest of the two at the moment. If Marcel manages to grind it out, it will really take a lot of effort but I'm still rooting for him.

I'm supporting Jaziri all the way. He's a far more exciting player to watch than Granollers

Would love for Jaziri to win - a R3 would be huge for him, especially as regards prize money.

However, the overnight break definitely hinders him more imo. Granollers might not have much experience of these circumstances either, but he has been playing tour-level tennis for a number of years now. He is more used to pacing himself in distance matches, and winning the important points/games.

Jaziri has limited experience beyond the challengers, and is likely to have a sleepless night imo.

Granollers can get some intense treatment on that leg and be ready to go tomorrow. Personally, I think he will win the deciding set with ease.

clay is Jaziri's worst surface, that's quite surprising. I guess the leg problem affects the result so far.

Totally agree. The break definitely benefits Granollers, especially with the leg issue but Jaziri having to think about the ramifications of this set for his career.
