Murray in 2.

Maybe 3 actually if Murray is crap, can't see him losing this though.

Muzzah could crash early here.

Fatbandian still wouldn't win even if he was 6-0, 5-0, *40-0 up against Murray.

Nalby will use his new killer serve to take care of Muzza, heck, he probably won't even need it

Big nalbandian fan but i have lost faith in him lately. Win this for your fans david, the fact you are 5th ranked argentine is a joke.

Yup. From the Argentine contigent, only Del Potro has any business being ranked ahead of him.

The fact that David is ranked behind the likes of Chela and Berlocq is facepalm-inducing.

I wish he could find a second win in the final years of his career like Fish did (of course David, being far more talented than Fish, could do a lot more damage).

If Murray is rusty, Nalby could take a set or even win, but his serve often lets him down.

Even though he looks alot fitter than in recent years, he lacks in consistency. The problem with David is the same as it has always been: he doesn't train enough. I am convinced that his lack of training has also lead to atleast half of his injuries. On a good day he can beat literally anyone, but the chance of him maintaining his toplevel for more than a set is less than 5%.

Murray is having a so-so year though, so who knows?

Muzz will win in two close sets.

Could be a REALLY close one.

Fit Dave in 3?

Murray is a bad matchup for David, as are most pushers... I don't know if he can physically keep up, if he wins it's in 2 sets.

Depends how rusty Murray is.

Most likely Murray in 2 tight sets though.

I don't like this match at all. Not as Murray's 1st match. He is out of match practice. I want to go with Murray but can't head says Dave is going to be too fit in the match.

Is this sarcasm.

You did not mention Monaco, you can certainly make a case for him being better.

Nalby's fitness was just fine vs. Isner at this year's AO, had it not been for what could be one of the worst calls in tennis history, Nalby probably would have won it.

2 clay clowns battling it out in a potential mugathon. Hopefully fat Dave hasn't eaten too many big macs before this match and still has some energy to send pushray packing back to Scotland,

I agree about Chela and Berlocq, but not about Monaco.

Did you see the way Monaco was playing before his injury in Monte Carlo? His game was top 10 quality. I hope he regains that form for Roland Garros.

i think there is a good chance nalFATian can steal this one but he better do it in straights.

Fitdave must come up to the scene to save tennis and the day in two fast sets, lets hope fitdave is not gone and only fatone appears.
In IW it was like Dave was about to come back to his former level but the start of clay season was really poor, dont know what to expect from him now.

I watched the end of Nalby's match yesterday and it didn't look like he was playing particularly well. I can't see him out-pushing the pusher; I think he's gonna lose in straights.

Don't agree with this, Nalby's decline is a key factor. He would have a strong record against Murray when in peak form, and Nadull as well

Nalby best moments belongs to 2002-2006, since then his level started to drop off slowly. Obviously in those days he would have washed the floor with mugray face. He can play now some high quality match as he did in IW, but he lacks of regularity. He can hardly win a tournament now. He is definitely not favourite to win this match but because of his great quality ppl (as me) still think he can take down some big boy as the scottish brat.

I'm sure you realise that a large number of those voting against Murray have likely predicted that he'd never win a match in his entire career. Really makes the 'tards froth at the mouth does Muzza.

A 17-year-old Murray almost beat Nalbandian at Wimbledon during Nalbandian's prime, so I don't actually think the H2H would have been one-sided even then, but as it is, a washed-up Nalbandian has no chance against a remotely in-form Murray.

Nalby isn't totally washed up like some others his age, such as Davydenko, he has wins over Simon, Tsonga, Tipsarevic and should have probably beaten Isner this year, so no way can you say he is washed up just yet.
