Hopeful in Madrid

Jurgen did not get a good draw. He starts out playing Feliciano Lopez of Spain. Hopefully his injury will allow him to play top tennis. He will need to play his best to win.

Melzer/Petzschner are seeded 8th and received a bye in the first round
Today Petzschner lost in the first round of singles. I hope they are both physically fit for doubles.

Jurgen had a good three set win over Feliciano Lopez today.
Tomorrow he will play a very tough match against Stan Wawrinka.

I have been reading that many of the players are unhappy with the blue clay. I have not seen it.

Jurgen lost to Wawrinka in the second round 1-6, 4-6
I believe he and Petzschner are still in the doubles. They have not played yet.

Jurgen is done in Madrid. He and Petzschner lost to Cilic/Melo 6-7(1), 3-6
I hope Jurgen has better luck in Rome.
