Will ATP ever demote this tourney. 2 top 20 players though Raonic is top 20 imo but still. Way to many 500.s in this period of the year, Crapapulco soon also...

Hopefully isner and Raonic take the oppurtunity. Would be a disaster if anyone else got to many points.

I like Grigor and Bernard - they are future top 5 players at least, but right now please do you honestly think they have any chances in Memphis? Based on forms Raonic-Isner is most likely to be final and even if one of them failed to make F, the other one will win title here.

You are all forgotting what kind of event Memphis is - fast indoor HC - with no hawk-eye what prefers big serves - you can´t mis by little bit line but stil lit will be ace, because linemen would say nothing.. big serves are always succesfull here - 09 Roddick, 10 - Querrey , 11 - Roddick - and finalist in 2010,2011 were Isner and Raonic... I think it is safe bet big server is going to win here.

Tomic´s serve sucks - for hig height, he barely has beaten Querrey-who is tragedy since 2010 at AO - slow outdoor HC, how he is going to beat indoors faster HC ISner or Raonic with better form-baseline game? and better serve too.

Grigor - he is also not best returner and his match record so far is not suggesting he can win here... i love his game but he won´t win here for sure.

Roddick is out of form, too old, last year was lucky to win that final - it was 50-50 match, this year Andy is much worse player, and Milos is i think better player than was last year and don´t forgot Isner who has career high and he knows how to play in Memphis.

Poor lineup for a 500 tournie. Isner should clinch it.

This really shouldn't be a 500 tournament. I can understand why Acapulco is. It concludes the South American clay swing. But Memphis... I just can't see the point.

No way, he didn´t play one long match, with his game he will always have quick service games, so don´t think he will be tired, also he has now some time don´t know when but he should have at least 2 days off to start Memphis.

I have little doubt that Milos can beat Isner. It's just a question of whether the two can get to the final.

I wouldn't be surprised at all to see Tomic come out of that top section.

Gumby-baby version of Sampras :lol:, that's so mean lol. But I thought he sorta looks like Tsonga a little bit coupled with Sampras looks. Still though, I'd rate him adequate - but a decent personality. But with regards to Isner, if he lost some of that muffin top, maybe he'd be a lil' more attractive :shrug:. But yeah can't deny that he's put up some convincing displays (despite losing the first two) against Muza, Tsonga, and a win against Fed on clay. Got no points to defend here either since last years 1R exit. We shall see I suppose...:confused:
