Duckworth is not in ALT list? I am a little bit surprised.... can he have a chance to get a WC to qualies?

02-24-2012, 01:51 PM
Nalby won't probably play quallies : either he'll have a WC or he won't play there

02-26-2012, 01:20 AM
Nalbandian is out of the quallies list so im guessing he has a WC.

I would love to see some british players get through qualifying. I'm tired of the only brit being andy murray.

Lacko is OUT of this tournament, sadly. He has some injury and he will play now only Dallas CH and Miami.

Lacko said this after he came home today.

emmmm...why doesn't Mathieu participate here? He's had a good comeback, can't he get a qualifing WC or something?
Or maybe he doesn't want to play here?

PHM is still to poor to play on Masters or half-masters imo.

This tournament and Miami is not for him and he know it.

http://tenniskalamazoo.blogspot.com/2012/03/scholl-mmoh-win-itf-titles-novikov-keys.htmlThe pre-qualifying for next week's BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells ended today, with 18-year-old Dennis Novikov and 17-year-old Madison Keys earning places in the the qualifying draw. Keys, seeded third, beat 18-year-old Jessica Pegula, seeded fifth, 6-2, 5-7, 6-0 in the final of the women's tournament, which featured a 64-player draw. The unseeded Novikov, who is to start school at UCLA in a few weeks, beat former UCLA Bruin Haythem Abid 6-2, 6-3 in today's final. Neither player was seeded in the 128-draw. According the UCLA twitter account, Abid was also granted a wild card into the qualifying when USC's Steve Johnson, who is injured, was unable to use the qualifying wild card he had been given earlier.
