Maybe being dumped by Kirilenko is taking a toll on him?

it's pretty simple, the organizers are playing a friday the 13th joke on us by putting all hte scores backwards. Really nothing else can explain all the upsets today:shrug:

Ouch, but good for Sijsling!

Andreev was coming back in the last weeks, but this is not good.

Since when did Andreev become a guy who has to qualify for slams?

Maybe it's the knee or whatever that doesn't allow him to be the player he used to be.

De Bakker,Sijsling and Huta Galung all have their chance to qualify
With Haase already in the MD, Netherlands could have 4 players in a GS MD

Sijsling! :cheerleader:
Strange to see so many folks still expecting anything from Andreev. Besides playing a couple of good matches against some top players YEARS AGO, what has he ever done?

I heard he got some injury in the match against Dolgopolov in Brisbane, but that may not be all. I didn't know Kirilenko dumped him... He obviously didn't play well today and his form is getting me worried... :awww:

He didn't have any injury in Brisbane (he had match points against Dolgopolov but just got tired in the end). This may have been a disappointing result but there is nothing wrong with his form. When did he last win 4 matches on the trot like he did in Brisbane? The guy is in his late 20's now...you can't be expecting big things from him.

Who is Alex Ovechkin????

He's an ice hockey player...and do we know for sure that she dumped him...or was she dumped and is on the rebound?

God I hope all the Dutch qualify! They're amazing this qualifying tournament :)

I didn't expect Sijs to win the Igor battle. Good for him; now wishing him a good result against Ward; that could be a tricky opponent with the strong serve.

The chickens haven't yet hatched... but it would be awesome indeed.
All to bolt out in the 1st round of the main tournament of course. :p

Thank you very much for the response. I wouldn't have known as i don't like snow or ice... or ice hockey. But I make an exception for figure skating. :yeah:

Who is Alex Ovechkin????

 I didn't know people like you existed! I don't mean to offend, it's okay, it's probably just that I'm from a country that is all about ice hockey... I'm a girl and I spent pretty much all my childhood around the ice rink and for some time I was considering becoming a goalie :haha:

There is this awesome ad in my country where Jaromir Jagr is reading a book about ice hockey in a bookshop and looking very happy when he sees that Ovechkin's biography has the SALE tag. But that's a whole different story
