So with Levine, Matosevic and Mitchell all out too MD Rieschick, Dustov and Brzezicki are all IN.

Hopefully Reid and Luczak should make it in with the final wildcards and a couple withdrawals...

Can you please tell me where Lemke, Look and Ball are on the ALTs list?

Do you think Guilherme Clezar will make the qualy draw?

This year his ranking would have been enough and the original cut-off was slightly higher than in 2012. So I guess he has a decent chance of making it if he really wants to play here.:)

Thanks. That's really good, I hope he has the chance. In the last day of this year (December 31st) he completes 19 years old. His rankings is really impressive for a young player that played basicly just futures this year. In 2012 he will move for challengers, but the AO Qualy would be an amazing experience. Trust on me when I say this guy is REALLY GOOD, and has a wonderful future. And best of all, he is my friend and I used to practice with him.

Does an alternate go to the qualifying entry list if he doesn't make it to the MD? I ask this because there are many players in the AO alternates list, but who are not in the qualifying entry list.

No, the MD and Q lists are seperate from each other. Some players simply do not wish to play qualifying so they enter the MD list only :)

I can't believe no one pulled out today :/

I was hopefully thinking that at least two people would pull out today and Ghem would get in, while my friend Guilherme Clezar would be just 2 spots way from getting in.. isn't tomorrow the last day to pull out before the draw be made?

Why? Did he get the asian wildcard???

hs a very good talent tat jumped 70 places last yearand is the youngest out of the japanese players, please dont judge how good a player is of one game, remember he has a win over tomic and took him to 2 very close 3 set matches
im sure that was also his fist time in front of 18,000 fans tht were with tomic

Let's hope that no one retires in the MD so that Lorenzi can enter as #1 in the QD and hopefully go out after one or two matches. On the other hand, I hope that Zopp and V. Pospisil make it to the MD, we'll see.

Im not judging him and have no issue with him getting the wildcard.

I was simply asking why he was withdrawn from the q list as the original post that I quoted did not mention at that stage that he had the wildcard. ;)

Zhang:o

When will Q-draw be out?

Zhang is playing China F2 this week. I guess he wasn't confident about his chances of getting into the AO qualies.

Qualy draw should be out tomorrow, probably around 6 or 7 PM local time.

btw, Reynolds will be out, after qualifying and reaching 2nd round in Sydney, so Niland is in.

if Jones, Gooch or Millman get the final WC, Clezar will be in as well.
