I heard some comedy bit about how mixed race people are always the most beautiful. Something about how it doesn't even matter if the parents are the ugliest people of each race...like Condeleezza Rice and Bill Gates would have beautiful children.

Yes! On Shalom in the Home, Rabbi Schmuley goes into people's homes and counsels them and solves all their problems.

On Honey We're Killing the Kids a lady just goes into a home and shows parents how the food they feed their kids is making them fat. The best part is when they take pictures of the kids and like fast forward them 30 years so that you see what they'd look like as adults if they continue with they're eating habits. Naturally they all look quite disgusting :D The parents break down at how ugly their kids are :D

After the program and they improve the food they feed them, they redo the morph to show the parents how their future children look then :D

Britt and I just watched to laugh at the kids :D

*listing to clips on amazon.com*

never heard of them, but it sounds complicated... a lot to listen to.

There's a L.A. dj sometimes called Paper Jones who seems like he's doing something new and creative.

Otherwise I've been listening to Sondre Lerche and a lot of opera!

Ok, I just watched my first American Idol episode in a while. It was when they had the last 12 guys. Here are my observations......

1) I cannot believe how diabolical they all are. Truly woeful. I've heard better singers down at my local karaoke. I wouldn't look out of place, my Kelly Clarkson rendition would bring the house down.
2) Randy Jackson is a complete and utter fruitcake. He needs to shutup and stop thinking he's cool. Paula Abdul also talks shit but I have a soft spot for her ( :hearts: ) so she can get away with it. Simon is the King and the only one worth listening to.
3) Sundance has the funniest name ever. I giggled every time someone said it. Not only that, he has 2 smiles. One on his face, and one on his beard. What a man :hatoff:
4) Ryan Seacrest is painfully cheesy. Ant and Dec should be introduced to the States.
5) I didn't see the girls but I've been told they're better. I sincerely hope so for their sake :help:
6) The guy that sang the Gavin McGraw song was the best of a bad bunch. And the other egghead guy (that missed the birth of his daughter) is the 2nd best. Jack Osbourne wasn't bad too.
7) Is it just me or does that young dude with the really bushy eyebrows have a slight resemblance to Rafa
8) The beatbox guy is quite talented but a bit of an arsehole.
9) I don't really have a number 9, I just want 10 points.
10) All 12 deserved to go home. Shamefully poor.

3) His real name is Jason :o
4) They would need a translator :tape:
5) They certainly were. ;)
6) Eeeeeeeeeewwwww. You liked that nasal, cheesy performance? :tape:
8) Arsehole? How so?

Little Lee has grown to Lee Jr. now

They grow up so fast.

I feel like an old lady tonight. Happy hour and laughs...but by 9 (after 4 hours) I wanted to come home. (Crazy weekend last week- still catching up.)

So now hubs and I are buzzed. He's playing Wii and here I am.

Neither Nico and X are in my faves stupid thing list, but I like them both. Xavier is a big fave of mine frankly but he gets so angry -as does Nico- but I can't quite put him up on my faves yet because as soon as I do,he loses. As does Nico. I do love the little talented assholes (Coria is my favrote current player). I am just to much of a wimp to put them up on my pathetic brown nose list.

Still- I think Nico and Xavier are probably quite similar. Talent yet on court tend to lose it. Also both have the frown line that I circle when I tell my dermatolgist as in "this is what I want to prevent- put Botox here!"

I don't really have any favourite players list anymore :awww:

The oldies Sampras (retired), Guga and Schuettler (over 30) would be gone soon and for the younger ones, I really can't say they are my favourite and I can only say I like them.

And for the frown lines, Lee Jr. is the major contributor.:(

It is fun to have some faves to like Lee. I used to- and then didn't and then did again. (Guga was always in the mix.)

We are going to adopt for health reasons- can't go into it- but good to know as much as I want some nats children, other folks feel stress and it is not all cherubs farting bunnies.

No, her trip to see Adam. Wimbledon just happens to be at the same time :p
3) His real name is Jason :o

8) Arsehole? How so?

4) Possibly, but they're funny.
5) I shall get back to you on that.
6) I thought he was pretty good, plus I like the song.
8) I dunno, that was just my first impression. Thinks he's a bit too cool.
Um, I think I convinced Adam to queue overnight with me one night. He mentioned the other day something about getting the entire queue to attack me, so I think that is still on. The other day I wouldn't do overnight, just 7am or so.
Oh so the plan is one day of showcourt and the next day at 7am? If you want a ground pass you can probably get away with a bit later than 7am, maybe 8 or 8.30am. If the 7am day is first, you may as well just leave Wimbledon and start queuing again
Wow, Super Tennis doubles is really challenging. I've lost umpteen times playing as Graf with Navratilova against Seles and Sabatini. :o

It's ok Sue, I don't expect you to like the Arctic Monkeys. My mother has described them as "noise". I'd be concerned if someone of the older generation did like them
Not keen on them myself... but can I just say that I am absolutely in love with Muse's Knights of Cydonia :inlove: and yesterday my sister walks in with a bunch of CDs that she'd just bought and Muse was in there... it wasn't something I'd expect her to like so when I saw it I was very excited and listened. I like it a lot - but Knights is still the best :hearts:

Everyone on MTF seems to have raved about Muse for ages and I hadn't heard them play til a few weeks ago, so excuse my exhuberance

The only Grand Slam i would be able to go because i don't have work nor college would be the Australian open.
