Pipsy 06-04-2011, 11:47 AM !!! chenx15 06-04-2011, 11:48 AM Yeah!!! Fuck the RG final! the hell with it! nalbyfan 06-04-2011, 11:48 AM Federer will probably pull out Certinfy 06-04-2011, 11:49 AM Federer will probably pull out Can't blame him, must be shitting his pants at the prospect of losing to Hewitt again. Voo de Mar 06-04-2011, 11:49 AM :haha: MaxPower 06-04-2011, 11:50 AM Yeah I think Federer will pull out. I also think Soderling will pull out. Heard he already has. On the other hand Sod can't gain any points. Maybe Fed can STUHL 06-04-2011, 11:50 AM After seeing this Draw, Federer might pull out, he could face Tommy Haas in Round 2! Xam'd 06-04-2011, 11:50 AM Both will pull out. nalbyfan 06-04-2011, 11:51 AM Yeah I think Federer will pull out. I also think Soderling will pull out. Heard he already has. On the other hand Sod can't gain any points. Maybe Fed can Sodeling pulled out yesterday. He's not in MD Sunset of Age 06-04-2011, 11:51 AM , great stuff. Well I'm looking forward to see how Hewitt will be doing, hopefully fine, but not TOO fine. ;) vn01 06-04-2011, 11:52 AM  federer will win in 2. it's obvious ;) StevoTG 06-04-2011, 11:52 AM If Federer plays, it probably won't be pretty. Federer is in top form and Hewitt has absolutely no form/matches under his belt. STUHL 06-04-2011, 11:52 AM Both will pull out. That would be something to laugh about! alter ego 06-04-2011, 11:54 AM The RG final might not be finished sunday. So thereţs a chance Roger won't play in Halle. henke007 06-04-2011, 11:56 AM Last year's final :haha: Fuck the RG final, this is where the real action is. OMFG:rolls: dodo 06-04-2011, 11:56 AM fed to barely break a sweat, in the unlikely event that he decides to play lol@last years finalists meeting in R1. has that ever happened before? Sunset of Age 06-04-2011, 11:57 AM The RG final might not be finished sunday. So thereţs a chance Roger won't play in Halle. He usually asks for a late start on Tuesday, or even Wednesday. I don't see the RG final getting postponed that far. The only risk of him not showing up over there is if he actually manages to WIN RG. A small chance, but he's done it before - and didn't show up at Halle thereafter because of too much partying. :p misty1 06-04-2011, 12:03 PM this sucks..what an unfair draw for lleyton if roger actually manages to play, i mean..you'd think they would make sure that this didnt happen to early..and lets not pretend they couldnt if they wanted too MaxPower 06-04-2011, 12:06 PM no they shouldn't rig the draws just to get hewitt on the other side. WTH? I think Federer really want to make the match just to take Hewitt out in easy 3 sets to prove that old Fed > old Hewitt iriraz 06-04-2011, 12:08 PM If Federer plays then it`s really tough for Hewitt.Playing first match for a long period of time,he surely needed a good draw to get a few matches under his belt and get used to it.Now he just has to hope that Federer doesn`t play or doesn`t put much into this event. What sucks though for Hewitt is that with his typical luck this could easily be a R1 match at Wimbledon.Wouldn`t surprise me a bit if he has to play Federer,Nadal or Djokovic in first round ufiors 06-04-2011, 12:13 PM I think he'll play.. theseth1119 06-04-2011, 12:40 PM http://rogerfedererthechamp.blogspot.com/2010/06/roger-federer-signs-lifetime-agreement.html You're all forgetting that Rogie signed a lifetime contract/agreement to play Halle for the rest of his career. Rogie has to play in Halle until he retires. iriraz 06-04-2011, 12:42 PM http://rogerfedererthechamp.blogspot.com/2010/06/roger-federer-signs-lifetime-agreement.html You're all forgetting that Rogie signed a lifetime contract/agreement to play Halle for the rest of his career. Rogie has to play in Halle until he retires. I don`t think he is obliged to play Halle.I think it has to do with the fact that he either plays this tournament before Wimbledon or he doesn`t play any at all. If he plays tough matches at the end of RG it`s tough to expect him to give it a go next week. Li Ching Yuen 06-04-2011, 12:46 PM The RG final will not finish on Sunday. And not because of the weather, mind you. The organizers will have a brainiac decision and schedule the final to start at 7pm in the evening. Chase Visa 06-04-2011, 01:53 PM If Fed plays, he'll win easy. Also means, that no Aussies will be in the top 100 - apart from 3 weeks in 2009, when has that ever happened? LawrenceOfTennis 06-04-2011, 01:58 PM Poor Lleyton just coming back from an injury and runs into Federer on grass... Sonja1989 06-04-2011, 02:00 PM Poor Lleyton just coming back from an injury and runs into Federer on grass... Exactly my thought as well. ;) Sunset of Age 06-04-2011, 02:02 PM Exactly my thought as well. ;) +1. The Aussie bugger sure isn't lucky with his draw! :o Hellraiser 06-04-2011, 04:05 PM Fedex gonna play here and gonna win with Hewitt. Haas gonna win with Seppi and it's gonna be a nice classic match in Halle in R2. oranges 06-04-2011, 04:11 PM Poor Lleyton just coming back from an injury and runs into Federer on grass... Typical Hewitt draw luck  Funnily enough his fans are not among those who whine about draws incessantly, though they are among few who'd be perfectly justified Fedex gonna play here and gonna win with Hewitt. Haas gonna win with Seppi and it's gonna be a nice classic match in Halle in R2. :sobbing: Well, Seppi is winnable perhaps Audacity 06-04-2011, 04:13 PM Can't see Lleyton winning this time! :p Will be good to see him back on court though. Corey Feldman 06-04-2011, 04:27 PM Fed has pulled from Halle before, in 2007 and 2009 so he could do it again, a shame coz its a great draw  he's played Haas many times here as well, 2 semis Infinity 06-04-2011, 04:45 PM Federer will probably pull out Did not he make a contract last year that he will play this tournament every year till he retires? I think he can not pull out the very next year theseth1119 06-04-2011, 06:38 PM Yes, indeed he did sign such a contract last year and actually the tournament director thinks he'll be there playing through 2015 when he's just shy of 34-years-old. It's not such a big deal really, whether he wins or loses in tomorrow's FO F he won't be playing until either Tuesday night or most likely some time on Wednesday and then since he'll likely win this event next Sunday (June 12th), he'll then have a week off competitively to prepare for Wimbledon. UsD.AnDreS 06-04-2011, 07:04 PM Hewitt and his draws... I mean.. sometimes it gets just ridiculous. He had Nalby and Gonzo at AO 1Rs, had Roger in 3-4 rounds about 3 times for last 3 years being seeded, Rafa in 3rd round at RG'09. So about 6 funny draws of his last 10 GS played. That one's not too significant and Roger may probably not play but it still fits the picture. abraxas21 06-05-2011, 12:04 AM probly the match wont even be played if the weather forecasts for paris turn out to be correct. Topspindoctor 06-05-2011, 12:14 AM Olderer 6-3 6-4. leng jai 06-05-2011, 12:57 AM Good for Fedclown that he'll probably be playing a few washed up mugs to kick off his grass "season". LinkMage 06-05-2011, 01:46 AM What a joke the biggest tune up events of the grass season (Queens and Halle) both start the week immediately after Roland Garros. The ATP are really retarded. There should be a week in between. :stupid: straitup 06-05-2011, 02:00 AM Hewitt and his draws... I mean.. sometimes it gets just ridiculous. And regarding Rafa at RG, he drew him in later rounds in 2 years as well, pretty unlucky yesh222 06-05-2011, 02:57 AM I feel so bad for Hewitt. He will fall far out of the top 100 if he loses this match. I think he needs it too much to lose. He has to beat Roger here. 156mphserve 06-05-2011, 05:11 AM The RG final might not be finished sunday. So thereţs a chance Roger won't play in Halle. it's RG's responsibility to finish on time, Federer should not be forced to pull out of here because he's still playing in RG that being said they can still make it work with Federer's first round on Wednesday, that means they have 3 days to get the RG final in, they should be able to do so Eden 06-05-2011, 06:42 AM lol@last years finalists meeting in R1. has that ever happened before? First I thought it had already happen to Roger and Jarkko once after having met in the final of Basel that they had to play in the 1st round the year after. But I checked and saw it was actually a 2nd round meeting so it doesn't count. What a joke the biggest tune up events of the grass season (Queens and Halle) both start the week immediately after Roland Garros. The ATP are really retarded. There should be a week in between. :stupid: Exactly. Last year Söderling and Berdych withdrew from Halle after going deep in Paris. Roger wouldn't have missed Halle in 2009 if there would be a week between RG and the start to the grass tournaments. (I can't really refer to grass as a season with the few tournaments they play ;) ) We have to wait and see how the RG final will go on. Even if it would get finished today I expect Roger not to play in Halle before Wednesday. He and Lleyton respect each other a lot and therefore I think he would like to play against his old rival and "take revenge" for the loss in the final last year. There's also the chance for a match against Haas in the 2nd round then which might be the last time that Roger and Tommy could actually meet on the ATP tour. nole_no1 06-05-2011, 09:40 AM Both will pull out It will be LL vs LL and everybody's FITD around here will be fucked  !VamosRafa! 06-05-2011, 10:44 AM Hewitt is still playing? anyway...Roger 6-3 6-3 Ausie 06-05-2011, 10:49 AM Both will pull out. :armed: | |
