Ryan will meet Soderling for the second time this year, it will surely be one sided match, at least my favorite young gun is in the draw.

Harrison, if he plays this match, actually I think has a 20% chance of winning. I certainly wouldn't count him out. Glad he is in (????) the MD.

I think Becker had elbow surgery. Elbow/arm, something like that. It's been a while and he's been out, and he's not a clay player, so not surprising he withdrew.

If this is true then I'm glad Ryan got to enter the MD... but that he has to play Robin the first round is just terrible. :(

Someone who can hit the ball incredibly hard through clay against someone who comes from a nation that's well adjusted to hardcourts. No match-up can possible get any worse than this. Soderling in some 6-3 6-3 6-4 type victory.

Thanks. I don't expect much from Harrison in this one, but Soderling had some issues putting away Querrey recently so it's not like he's in his best form.

I sure hope this is true...Robin was pretty convincing against him in Brisbane earlier this year, but Ryan showed good signs. Ryan will have to play a hell of a match to win but I think he can sustain a good level for some period of it

A bit unexpected but it's likely not gonna bother Soderling. I'm sure he'd rather play Becker than a young kid with a nothing to lose situation but they played in the beginning of the year in Brisbane and Harrison was to weak to have a shot. Had something like 1 BP all match and struggled heavily.

On the other hand it's Robins first match, different conditions to Dusseldorf where he played just days ago and so. Could at least be somewhat interesting!

haha read about Harrison that when he failed in the RG 2011 qualifier in the final match against Javier Marti, he smashed a racket and also threw another racket up in a tree. Seems to have quite the temper

So does Soderling. Could be a lot of racket smashing going on in this match depending on how it develops.
