For every other player, if score is 7-6,3-6, 3 -2* ADV-40, whole match is wide open. For Karlovic losing these 3 breakpoints in 3rd was pretty much = losing the match.He lost the faith and rest of the match was formality.
But I doubt Del Potro will even take a set from Djoko.

Disappointing from Dr. Ivo, someone of his experience shouldn't collapse like that in the 4th set :o Del Po still serving poorly, his serve has definitely regressed to what it was before the USO win. Gonna be tough against Fakervic and I'm torn. On the one hand Fakervic losing in the 3rd round would be hilarious, on the other hand no way Nadull deserves to win with his level this year and it's sad but Faker is the only one who can beat him. Ideally they both lose in the 3rd round :aparty:

Good for Del Potro. I like Ivo's game, most of the time, but I wanted Juan to win this. He's one of the few players I still want to watch.

he didnt look tired or anything. considering the fact he would meet djoker pretty early in the tournament id say he has a good chance to win.

delpo wasnt injured cretins... he just took some time off... pfffhhaha :haha: his fans are laughable...

Del Potro was 3/16 on break points, which is why the scoreline was as close at it is. Overall, it was an OK but not spectacular match. DelPo did what was needed and got the victory, he'll step it up as he gains more rhythm. Hopefully Ivo is fully back to 100% for grass and can do damage.

(Look how easy Del Potro's draw is once he beats Djokovic.....and facing Federer in the SF whom Del Potro all but beat in 2009 RG. Having said that, I pray that Djokovic beats Del Potro so Rafa can own the Tooljokovic in Final - although admittedly even after Rafa beats Djokovic in the Final it will result in Rafa losing the number one ranking....so maybe it is best that Del Potro takes him out)

I don't get the reference. Does he have a degree, does he look like a doctor or does his last name sound like a mad scientist? I only know of one Dr Ivo and that's the villain from comic books.
