I'm fine with it as long as I get to have a couple hot young boy toys of my own when I'm old and decrepit. :)

On the subject of Marat: He played a set with Haas at Washington when I was there. Frustrated the fuck out of me because it was so obvious that he was better than Haas but he kept getting pissed and fucking up. Some guys behind me were talking about how he'd thrown his racket and broken a chair the day before.

EDIT: OMG I wrote Andy :o :o

Kel - the plans for the wedding are: stop being sick so I can work out, find a good shrug to go over the dress, get shoes, and figure out what to do with the hair. I'm going to try straightening it, since I haven't for a while and it's gotten really long.

I gotta tell you: when I drove to North Carolina I was totally looking forward to eating at a Waffle House, thanks to Robby's ringing endorsement of the establishment. :haha: There are no WH's in NE so as soon as I saw one on I-81 I went in! It reminds me of Denny's, kinda. Not bad. Thought of Robby the entire time. bwahaha.

Robby will forever be associated with The Waffle House. God's will.

You're not talking about me are you? :awww: Because, I admit, I DO troll around periodically. I can't help it. I get bored, and so often somebody leaves the Bash Me, Tangy sign on their ass in broad daylight that I simply must honor their request. :p

Absolutely fucking not. I love you woman, like a mad, crazy fool. This person, who you know quite well is a troll in a bad way. You make me laugh so hard that I pee a little. :inlove:

Kell, I like the celtic fairy tatoo, it reminds me of tinkerbell.

Right. Caught up.

1) Back to your corners everybody and deep breaths.

2) Loved the Ihop joke - made me snort into my morning tea. Sometimes the cheap jokes are the best value.

3) These days I wouldn't touch an Eddie Murphy film with someone else's. As far as I know he hasn't made a decent film in about 15 years.

Ted Nugent is a scumbag, and I embarrassed that I have no choice but to attend his little trainwreck of a beer swilling, chest pumping, testosterone (in a bad way) ridden, redneck party this weekend.

Anyone who proudly believes that women are good for only sex and service, and should be perpetually barefoot and pregnant, is worthless as far as I am concerned. Anyone who enjoys blowing away defenseless animals under the guise of "sport" is worthless in my eyes. I realize that he is the posterboy for misogyny, especially within the blue collar, Schlitz drinking set...but seriously, of ALL people, why I have to be there is a mystery.

There is no doubt I will be put in a position where I am forced to meet him. We always have to entertain/gladhand. If that happens, I will not shake his hand. I will fully accept the consequences of my actions in that case. He stands for everything that I abhore. If I wouldn't shake the hand of the colossal FUCKTARD that inexplicably is running my country as this point, I sure as hell will not be anywhere near the bucket that is Ted Nugent.

This is more than rain, Chris. This is like a monsoon. :)

Everything that I know about nutrition and health, I have learned from this man. A couple of his videos have been uploaded to Youtube, so I thought I would share. This is David Wolfe, who I consider to be the single most significant person with whom I have crossed paths.

Because of his teachings- he is the offspring of not one, but TWO doctors- I never get sick, I take no medication of any kind, and I stay at an even 103 lbs. without intense or compulsive exercise, never counting calories. :)

Kelli's Sensei One (http://youtube.com/watch?v=yzqBNLfizGM)

Kelli's Sensei Two (http://youtube.com/watch?v=CHcTJ6uwzjc)

I wouldn't put up these videos without totally believing in them. They changed my life. I see so much struggle/negativity/unhappiness, etc- especially among women.

There is a fix, if only they will look.

Even though the majority of what we SHOULD be concentrating on is INTERNAL growth and improvement...on the street, in competition, there is nothing like the feeling of having a ripper body. It is not a myth or something that only the rich and famous can have.

It is real. I am living proof. I am not rich, nor famous/special/unique in any way. I was a porker for many years, so I know how it feels to feel unhappy about my body. ;)

Aww...

I sometimes forget that boys have issues with it as well, although in their case, more than 93% of the time, it's usually just a case of poor diet. Exercise level is irrelevant- it is good for your heart, flexibility, and muscle development (to a degree, although that's more genetics than anything), but as far as true fat LOSS goes, it will not work.

Women have a layer of insulatory fat that men do not have, of course. :ras: Tougher for us to lose weight. As long as women begin to get away from the calorie reduction myth, I will be happy.

I have said it before, and I will say it again, despite the fervor to the contrary, spewed by those who do not have a clue what they are talking about.

It is not how many calories you eat, it is WHERE they come from. If you cut calories, you will have an INITIAL weight loss, yes, but I promise you that once your body adjusts, you will gain it back, plus more, within two years, at most.

Two things- cooked fat and refined sugar are your two biggest enemies. If you can get rid of those two things alone, you will lose weight for life.

If you have the balls to eliminate commercially sold dairy and cooked grain from your diet, you will have the body you have always dreamed about. :inlove:

The above is not a necessity of course, but just an incentive. :)

Ohhhh I like this topic.

I was 5'2 with a BMI of 29.3 at 160 lbs This was when I was like 13-14

When I was 15 I cut all meat and "white" foods out of my diet. I started walking then slowly got into my now obsessive running routine.

Within a few months I was down to a BMI 20.1 at 110. I've never been over that since. Of course after that some not so healthy things happened, but yeah doesn't count in this story. :p

Now a few years later I do not eat any kind of red meat. I hardly eat chicken or pork because they make me sick now. I really stick to fish and some seafood. I stay away from processed foods, and buy everything organic. If I have to eat out it's salads and lean protein. Of course that sounds completely horrible and tasteless but if seasoned right everything is yummy. I try to go raw when I can, and I'm a big fan of making my own juices.

I splurge more then Kelli does, but I still eat well.

Or getting to eat all sorts of delicious sinful food but sometimes feeling like crap, bloated, sick, low energy levels etc.

I just feel so horrible when I go off raw now, that I can no longer do it without having to stay in bed for at least 48 hours after the fact.

I don't splure at all anymore, not because I don't get it, or because I don't want to- it's that I CAN'T. I have a ton of pain and detox, like ingesting poison all over again.

I know- 30 days is really rough. For some people, when their diet going in has been REALLY toxic- with drugs, alcohol, meat, sugar, etc...you can have severe detox effects.

I had headaches, stomach pains, sweating, paranoia, and night terrors- I would leap out of bed at all hours, drenched and shaky.

My skin was horrible for a month too. Tons of blackheads, and blotches. It was not pretty, and neither was I. :help:

I get the part about the difficulty if you are involved with someone who is NOT on the same page as you are, diet wise. That is really tough.

I could never be involved with a steak/burger/pork chop eater. It won't work. I'm not sure what the best remedy would be for a situation like that, especially if you are bound together by genuine feeling.

Same for me. Meat is a must. Although since I grew up according to the Mediterranean diet I ate a lot of legumes, vegetables and fruit (and lots of olive oil :) ) as well. Not to mention dairy products, especially cheese .

I think that small portions and a balanced diet (and a bit of exercise) are the best way to go to stay healthy and at normal weight levels. Now if only I could stay away from the desserts... :banghead:... that would be great...

Of course if you want the perfect body you really need to make some serious sacrifices like Kelli and Sofya :hatoff:. I don't think I will ever manage to do that unless it's medically required...

Food. A subject I know waaaaaaay too much about.:o

I probably was skinny for the first six years of my life. And now I've started to shed a few pounds but it's a slow and steady process.

I've tried weight loss plans and can't seem to stick to them so I'm saying "To hell with them" and just eat in moderation and exercise. Hell I'm going to work out in about twenty minutes from now. Just trying to be more healthy and live longer.

Of course knowing how ironic my life can be, I work out and eat right to live longer and not die of a heart attack when the true cause of my death would be me getting hit by a bus.

Lucky you!!! I on the other hand have a sweet tooth like my mother :sobbing:. She's even worse than I am I think. OK this time I am leaving :).
;) Thank you. I've convinced myself that red meat is evil.

:hearts::inlove::worship: That sounds like the pain is TOTALLY worth it

:sobbing: I dunno if I could go raw though  What exactly IS raw?
 (I dunno a lot about diets. I'm on the seafood diet: I see food, I eat it)

Here's the pic I promised. I took it this morning w/ my phone before I left for tennis

I don't know enough about Raw but I do know your abs are hot. :)

Thursday and Friday on will be punishment enough. :p

EDIT: Bye Metis, for real now! :wavey:

EDIT Part Deux: I like the graphic, too Sof- it's just a reminder when negative people attempt to spill over into my life. I kind of remember how insignficant it all is. I feel better then. :)

Kelli I really do feel bad about Friday. That man creeps me out.

:hearts::inlove::worship: That sounds like the pain is TOTALLY worth it

It is. I would not bullshit you- it is nothing you HAVE to do, mind you, but it has changed my life, and I believe, my destiny. It's like feeling invincible, without the interference of anything negative. :)

:sobbing: I dunno if I could go raw though  What exactly IS raw?
 (I dunno a lot about diets. I'm on the seafood diet: I see food, I eat it)

Basically, it means that you eat no food heated above 115 degrees. I will explain more later. :)

Red meat is no bueno, especially when consumed in large quantities. There is scientific support of that, despite what the beef industry tries to tell you. ;)

Okay so I accepted the Harlequin Challenge and selected scenario #8, which was:

For A and B, it was love at first sight – a forbidden love. Men to men, adultery… for everyone’s good, it must remain secret. But as A is involved in a terrible car accident and everyone fears for his life, their secret comes to light.

B can’t stand seeing A slip away, and he wonders if the flame of passion is still burning in him. If A has given up on life, on everything… on him. Can love still conquer, even if the battle seems already lost?

This might sound awful, but I'm going to say it: the high-functioning autistic girl we have working with us is better at being a counselor than he is. That says a lot about his nonability to function. He's on a whole other level of weird.

EDIT: That does sound terrible... thinking of deleting that

God, that was really :cuckoo: of me- knowing that she reads it. I was not really paying attention, doing two things at once. Before I knew it, it was too late.

I think she'll call me and laugh. She is actually really good natured about stuff, as am I. The only thing I took issue with is the Pat Cash thing, because of his obvious domestic situation. We don't talk about it. Better for my blood pressure, and our friendship. ;)

Yeah I don't think this is the same thing. Well same level anyway. Not even close.

That's true, and truthfully I love the career-minded answer there. You'll have to find Spanish non-musicians then .

Oh you know, guys who substitute passion for words, have a couple of issues for me to sort, are witty/intelligent, and can charm a floorlamp. That kind :o
I grew up fantasizing about James Bond. He was my hero and future husband. It's very... typical of me.

Kitty de Sade

Spanish non musicians. That could be a workable solution.

Nothing you said in your description sounded bad though. Sounds like someone you would be attracted to. Nothing wrong with that, is there?

meenyminymo

 True.

It's hard to put it into words. What that attraction has bought me so far in life is guys who seduce everyone around them with their wit and charm but then behind closed doors they have bottled up problems. Anger problems, possessive problems. And they're not light issues, they're enough to break it off as quick as it started. So maybe I just haven't found the right charming, witty, passionate man yet. But so far my type has proven an issue :ras:

Urgh, my job. It's just this instructor, this teenage boy who is so painfully awkward and socially inept he says things that are inappropriate. Not in a gross or sexual way, but in a cheeky, sarcastic way. Which, as his boss, really pisses me off because he never stops running his mouth. And he just can't take direction. It's just been frustrating.

1. Ok, so im in the mall with a few friends, right? We go over to the food court. One wants pizza, one wants chinese, i was chick-fil-a (mostly because there was a cute spanish girl working the register, but shhhhh ;)).

So i walk over there and im waiting in line, and i dont see her. I guess she had the day off or something  But i get into the front of the line, and the punk looks right past me and at the guy behind me. :o

And the guy says "Nah, he was before me" pointing at me.

I look at him

"Why cant you do it?"

I would get sued if I tried to peddle this. Only way I could sell the Raw Gospel is if I make myself an ordained minister of some church. That way, the FDA can't come after me.

AMEN! :woohoo:

ANOTHER CALL FROM THE CONNECTION IN CALIFORNIA! WTT, HERE I COME! :woohoo:

Always good when someone says, get your reso together. YAY! :)

:woohoo::bounce::yippee::aparty: YAY! I can't WAIT to get in trouble with you :bounce:

I mean we have to have SOMETHING else to do when we're not busy saving tennis :yeah:

It's bad enough that I slipped up without thinking and outed my friend, along with the dreaded Nico Lapentti debaucle. :p

Pt. 3

:haha: Me too at the moment. That's why I have started keeping a minimum amount of food in my refrigerator .

 my mom tried that, it didn't work

Great abs! :yeah:
 Thanks, although I guess I should thank my parents too

but hey, I play tennis and dance  I think I should get some credit.

One question though. After Andy got the call from Mardy why did he drop his ipod into the bag? It's not like he was going jogging or something. (unless it was just something done mechanically without much thought) I thought about that too...but maybe he was anticipating having to wait at some point  but you're right, it could have just been subconscious.

Now you know why. :sobbing: It's my dirty little secret. :aplot: I see well it's not THAT dirty

But we are liek sooooo online bffs4lyfe ;)

SEXY BITCH (http://i9.tinypic.com/4lrat6h.jpg):hearts: Remember when I said I'd give him up, yeah I take it back now  :p

I love reading that thread. I can't post in it. I'll go into my whole neurotic thing where they are all different words. Like handsome has a definite meaning so does sexy.
Totally agree. Handsome and sexy are different, however not mutually exclusive. Like someone can be handsome and sexy, but sexy doesn't mean that you're handsome. It's weird, but I think we're on the same page.

Re: the ipod - yes it was subconscious. Andy was an auto-pilot and just went through his usual leaving the room routine - dumping various things that he normally takes out with him into his bag. I mentioned the ipod specifically because it's an item that most people who have one take with them wherever they go, and it would be instinct to throw it into the bag if you weren't exactly concentrating.

That's all :)

Oh Reg.

Okay question. I just watch this romcom called "Because I Said So," starring Diane Keaton and Mandy Moore. The movie was okay at best, predictable right from the start with mediocre acting. There was one scene though that made me cringe and that was when Diane, who plays Mandy's meddling mother, asks her what an orgasm feel like.

Call me crazy but I just can't imagine myself describing to my mother what an orgasm feel like. That's a bit much, even for me. And before that, the daughters talked candidly about uncircumsized penises and the number of orgasms they've had in one session, with their mom quite casually. That just boggles my mind, since Diane's character comes off as uptight and don't seem like the type who would be okay with talking with her daughters about that kind of stuff.

So I ask my fellow Pervs, just how in depth do you talk about sex with your parents, if at all?

I might not be the best to talk to, im a bit young, but I dont talk AT ALL about my sex life with my mom. It is simply not her business, and even if it was, it would be the most awkward thing ever

"Hey mom, I had some great sex today"

"How was it?"

"I made her moan like a cow in grazing" :o :o :o

Not gonna happen :o

I don't have sex

:unsure::scared:

My parents and I don't really talk about sex. Well my dad used to ask me about sex, but the whole bi thing makes him uncomfortable  He used to ask me if I got a lot of lovin', but yeah, we don't really talk about sex . My mom still thinks I should wait until I'm married to have sex. She's very old fashioned. She doesn't even talk about sex with her girlfriends  she blushes @ Sex and the City, so yeah, she not very comfortable talking about sex at all.

I dunno, I guess it just depends on the relationship that people have with their parents. Who knows

I never discuss my sex life with my parents, nor they me with theirs. I have a very healthy, happy relationship with my mother and step-father but we've never felt the need to go there. The closest we have come was when I asked them a couple of years ago if they were swingers.

They're not, apparently, by the way.

Nathii- I have been thinking about you for the last 12 hours now. I won't ask those lame questions like "How are you?" or "How are you feeling?" I wish I had more words that would help...

Just know that you have good vibes/prayers in the world for you. And you are most welcome for that.

My parents are strange people. I talk to my mom about some of the things that go on with me, but I hold back a lot. She is conservative Catholic, and would be very surprised about how I am. She has become more open minded than she was earlier in life, but not much. I treat her like a child in that respect, because I care about her and don't want to offend her.

That being said, she has referred to me as (her exact words)- A PREDATOR. Obviously, she's not totally in the dark. :p

My father is a slut. Plain and simple. He is a skirt chaser, with an aversion to being faithful. A manipulative player, really. I can talk to him about anything, however inappropriate. I don't, because we don't really get along.

He is a Republican, meat eating, former Frat Boy- stereotypical Irish jock type. As long as I cut him a check from whatever business venture it is, he doesn't give a shit if I am making money from directing midget porn. ;)

Were our PARENTS separated at birth too :p
