Sprouted bread is awesome. I practically can't eat even regular whole-grain bread any more; unless the grains have been sprouted it's usually way too "flour-y" and heavy. Boo-hiss!

I wish I was not allergic to grain. Even sprouted, I swell up like a casaba melon. :(

:bowdown::bowdown: You and your low body fat. With my body type I don't ever expect to go much lower than 17%, maybe 15% tops.

Grazie. Although I have to be honest- I have a flat stomach, but I cannot get the definition I want. I am getting a six pack put in, via ab etching. After that is done, I will be completed.

Is that a four-year institution though? In California we have a great, cheap (for now :o) community college system - they're as good as the state schools and the Univ. of California schools, but they're only two year institutions so if you want a B.A. or B.S. you gotta eventually transfer to somewhere more pricey.

Yeah, thats how it is here as well. you go for 2 years, and you get a scholarship to a better school. Im thinking thatis a good idea, but my mom thinks its a cop-out if i can get a 100% schol. straight out and a looks bad that i went to a public college

LO! :wavey:

I am on the cusp of Gem/Cancer. Lots of my best buds are Cancers. :)

I'm good with whole rice and corn, but wheat I cannot have unless it's sprouted and in small amounts. :) In fact my favorite whole grain pasta is made with spelt and not wheat. And then there's quinoa, which is like buttah for my tummy.

I LOVE these two. Like mad crazy love, especially quinoa. Ingrid Hoffman just made the most awesome quinoa salad on the Food Network. It was MUY DELICIOSO! :inlove:

Okay, here you go: "Ay, papi, my name is Chiquita. :aplot: :D"

not the same, but i appreciate your effort

If you can get a 100% scholarship outright that's less of a hassle than transferring, take it from me. However, if money is tight there's no reason not to consider community colleges. I dunno how they are where you live; I know in some states they're like a glorified high school but here in Calif. and in some other states they're definitely colleges.

the thing with the scholarship is that i have a 75% already locked up. If i go to UF, it costs about 3400 a year for instate kids, so the tuition would only be 850 a year.

Eh, i think its more the high school thing you said.

If you are curious definitely check the peanut butter section of your local grocery, it's getting popular enough that some of the larger supermarkets carry at least one brand or two. Here I'm lucky to get an almond butter that's locally produced, but I've tried other brands and they're great. :D Just keep in mind: roasted almond butter tastes more nutty, while raw almond butter tastes more sweet.

I'll definitely check it out. :)

Yes do, it's very helpful. I know lots of people who could never afford that 48K, but the school helps out immensely. I think it's predominantly amongst top-tier schools because you have to be valuable for the college to pay for your education . But look into it, I did very little college research when I was applying. Did you take any AP or IB classes? I have friends who took IB with me and did well enough on the tests that they placed out of an entire year of college, getting sophomore standing. Cuts down the cost greatly.

Did you ever test for any of those, IB or AP? If so, and if you got a 5 or higher on the IB tests or 4 and higher on the AP tests, then you should look for a school that will reward credit for those. Sometimes you can skip an entire year, it's a very good calculated move my friends took. One went to state school and the other a good private liberal arts school.

I got credit for some IB tests but not sophomore standing like they did. Doing some IB and AP helps a ton with looking for schools too. Is that SAT score from the new SAT or the old one? Just curious.

I can't say I'm too worried about Andy winning another major either. There's a laundry list of players I'd rather see doing well than Andy Roddick.

Damn skippy, we'll be crying in our soup bowls. Come to think of it, we Federer fans still need that Olympic gold medal too. If Nadal could take a year off and let Federer win every single major and the Olympics next year, that's all we'd ask of him.

I am 5'2", 100 lbs., with dark hair and hazel (not blue) eyes. Italian, and an obvious one at that. If they are into the 80's blond rocker chicks, ala Pam Anderson, I'm in trouble. :p

Wow, yeah. That's REALLY far from right for the Pamela Anderson look, though your smallness now makes you MUCH too endearing. You'll never be able to convince me you're a snake now.

Typical jargon from me- I have no definable sexual orientation. It is not linear. If you stay here, expect a lot of that. :)

Hahaha. There's a difference between lack of sexual orientation and just saying creepy things, you fool! :p

That is the dreaded donkey pose, where the chick should be spreading in Hustler. The obligatory piece of fabric that covers the gash, doesn't REALLY fool anyone, you know? :ras:

That sounds absolutely charming. :queasy:

People who are complex are usually neurotic, but not bumbling fools. :)

Hahaha. I always make fun of other people for being neurotic, so I can't accept that lying down. I'm the most head-on-straight person on Earth!

You bet- if that Swiss Bitch DOESN'T win the French, I'll be really mad. :fiery:

I wish I had a copy of the tape. That would seal a blackmail deal. I'd go right to the parents and say-

Look, if this kis doesn't cough up the RG title, I'm going to Anderson Cooper. In about 2 seconds, your baby cordero is going to be ass up for the whole world to see. Wanna stop that train from rolling? You know the way. :p

From what I'd guess, Anderson Cooper would be too apt to keep it for himself. :o

You should give it to Lou Dobbs, and tell him it's an illegal alien doing naughty things. That'd get it shown in a second.

In all seriousness- I intend to be their boss one day. Rule number 1 of engagement:

You do NOT fuck the talent.

Thank you. :hatoff:

You're a party pooper!

He should be retired. Forcibly. We shall say no more.

Ancic qualified - he was offered a wc but chose to enter qualifying to get some more matches - a smart decision and a humble one in a way - I like to see that.

I liked Paul with Garfunkel too but I really liked his Graceland album and some of his solo stuff like Late In the Evening and 50 Ways to Leave Your Lover.

Actually it wasn't so bad. My professors so far seem very nice and my biology professor in particular seems like he's going to be a lot of fun. As for Roger winning everything, I'm torn. I want him to win them all in one year because it would give the sport great publicity. On the other hand I think he needs to stop being so damn greedy and spread the wealth dammit.:p

A familiar quote uttered by basically every single man who runs into me. There must be some kind of generic playbook that they all read out of.

I had a copy when I crawled out of the womb. And yes, I DID crawl.

Is this a serious question? If so, I will give you the benefit of the doubt. You win the award for having the most off perception about who I am. :)

It is in alarmingly atrocious taste to ever allow anyone to cause you to raise your voice in public. You are all of 19, so I understand why you might ask this.

Being loud is gross, pathetic, and lame. Hopefully that answers your question.

1. Not really. You don't strike me as that type, but you did have the story about almost beating someone up, and having to be stopped by your friends. :p Now I'm just worried about how else you might instill fear...

2. Don't play the "young" card on me, you! I think raising your voice in public is rather trashy, with relatively few exceptions.

3. What if you're just a loud person naturally? :aww: If that's still not OK, I'd probably be bad to have around. I like my own voice quite a lot.

Sarcasm mode turned off/on, it's all good. My world, I rule. End of story. :hatoff:

I don't know exactly. It's hard to see what shape his head is under all that hair, so it's hard to know what would work! I think he should shave it very short to begin with, see how that works, and then grow it out and see how it looks. I just think the moptop is underselling him - he's got nice features and a lovely smile.
