1. Each day of play you must pick 1 winner playing an ATP main draw singles match. Of course, the player that you choose is playing one match scheduled to be played that day (as seen on the order of play).
2. Once you pick someone, you cannot choose them again for the rest of the tournament. So, you don't want to waste your pick on Federer or Nadal to win in early round matches.
3. You must choose one player to win each day. If you forget, are sick, or are unable to reach a computer, it will be treated as a wrong pick, and you will be out of the tournament. You have to submit your own pick, no one else can submit your pick for you.
4. Only in the case of a walkover or a withdrawal of your main pick, each player is allowed to have a back-up pick, selected at the same time as their initial pick. That back-up pick will only be used in the occurrence of a walkover or withdrawal, as stated above. Retirements do count as completed matches.

NOTE: You can't pick a player from a match scheduled for the previous day and postponed for the next due to rain or darkness! Choose only from the matches posted in the OOP here for the concrete day!
7. Picks will be acceptable until before the start of the FIRST match each day.

Be careful you could get banned. If you knew info Im privy too you would dislike him even worse. I got banned by 4 sites (one I never even visited!) for sharing info I had on Nadal. Its really incredible - you can call others names and act like children on these boards but you cant share info. Whether one wants to read or believe is their free choice. Ive NEVER bad mouthed another member on a board -so how can I get banned for information sharing.
As for what you say there's some truth. Nadal needs specific conditions to succeed. It used to be a lot worse - to his credit and some of Uncle Toni's devious genious he has added A LOT to his game. But he still suffers with returns and his new found variety can disappear quickly depending on a lot of variables.
Now here the surface is the fastest outdoor surface on tour - not sure why - its Deco Turf but doesnt bounce at all - like they have taken out the grit from the top layer and its playing like a wood surface. The balls are srixon - which are a heavier form of Dunlop - which will help Nadal. Contrary to popular belief he struggles more with balls than surface. Thats why he couldnt handle Garcia Lopez in Bangkok. Pretty average paced indoor conditions (heavy humidity leaking in the vents and med to med fast greenset grand prix surface) benefit Nadal but the Dunlop Fort all courts are not controllable types of balls like he likes. If you used balls like this (or the fast us open balls ) at Wimbledon he wouldnt make it past the first week! Unless he juiced up the serve again - oops - i mean pumped up the serve.
It will be interesting to see if he can use these Srixon balls to his advantage - but Im not sure he will like them any better - they are slower than dunlop forts but not that much slower. He already beat Giraldo , who likes altitude and fast balls , BUT I dont think he's a big fan of slippery fast outdoor courts - we will see.

OMG, i didnt get banned - just came back for fun to see. I guess as long as I dont report anything Ive learned that goes against the GREAT NADAL show and as long as any disgruntlements about the Nadal Clan and their shenanigans doesnt go on a thread about Nadal's superiority over the rest of the human race then I wont get banned.
Its all about learning the rules of the game -- and I guess trying to skirt around them and manipulate them to your advantage - ala Nadal

Be careful you could get banned. If you knew info Im privy too you would dislike him even worse. I got banned by 4 sites (one I never even visited!) for sharing info I had on Nadal. Its really incredible - you can call others names and act like children on these boards but you cant share info. Whether one wants to read or believe is their free choice. Ive NEVER bad mouthed another member on a board -so how can I get banned for information sharing.
As for what you say there's some truth. Nadal needs specific conditions to succeed. It used to be a lot worse - to his credit and some of Uncle Toni's devious genious he has added A LOT to his game. But he still suffers with returns and his new found variety can disappear quickly depending on a lot of variables.
Now here the surface is the fastest outdoor surface on tour - not sure why - its Deco Turf but doesnt bounce at all - like they have taken out the grit from the top layer and its playing like a wood surface. The balls are srixon - which are a heavier form of Dunlop - which will help Nadal. Contrary to popular belief he struggles more with balls than surface. Thats why he couldnt handle Garcia Lopez in Bangkok. Pretty average paced indoor conditions (heavy humidity leaking in the vents and med to med fast greenset grand prix surface) benefit Nadal but the Dunlop Fort all courts are not controllable types of balls like he likes. If you used balls like this (or the fast us open balls ) at Wimbledon he wouldnt make it past the first week! Unless he juiced up the serve again - oops - i mean pumped up the serve.
It will be interesting to see if he can use these Srixon balls to his advantage - but Im not sure he will like them any better - they are slower than dunlop forts but not that much slower. He already beat Giraldo , who likes altitude and fast balls , BUT I dont think he's a big fan of slippery fast outdoor courts - we will see.
