I believe if he chokes loses from two sets to love up at the USO he'll be the first player ever to choke lose from 2 sets to love up at all the Grand Slams.

So can he do it?

Nalbandian has also done it in 3/4 of the Slams. US Open 2003 (vs. Roddick), Australian Open 2006 (vs. Baghdatis) and Roland Garros 2008 (vs. Chardy).

You're secretly in love with Richard. Embrace it and put a few posters up there to drool over, rather than argue with yourself via MTF

Well depends on who he draws. Some players are so good they won't even let him get to a 2 sets lead.

Joker also has a shot at completing his career grand slam (ret.) at the US Open this year (and doing it before his countryman Tipsy has another shot at it).

Judging by his performance yesterday, I think there is a real possibility of him getting it done this year.

There is so much at stake this year at the US Open.

Can Gasquet Do It At The USO? You are asking for trouble with this vague thread title.

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if Gasquet lost a match at the USO from 2 sets up - but I hope he doesn't. I hate seeing him lose matches like that over and over again. :awww:

Jase for a person who hates Gasquet, you're sure to be paying him more attention than necessary. ;)

Losing a two set lead should be no problem for him. But at this point I'm not sure he can get a two set lead.

If you were able to admit it to yourself without problems, it wouldn't be a secret crush, would it. You post about him more than I or any other of his fans do. Give that poster a go. ;)

In his current form, I don't think he'll get 2 sets up on anyone. But if he somehow manages that, then sure, he has a good chance of this record.

With the right gameplan, lack of fitness, and mental mugery Gascoke can become a legend of choking :worship:

LOL...the thread title was so ridiculous that I was FORCED to check out the OP.

And wow. Didn't know that he'd could potentially be the first player to achieve such a thing.
