Which grass court GOD will go the furthest?

Which grass court GOD will dazzle the brits with their spectacular knowledge of grass court tennis? Who will have a Montanes-esque @ wimby 2009 type run to the 3rd round? Who can win the most games from 5 meters behind the baseline with a 100km/h first serve while only ever coming to the net to shake hands?

Gil, Riba and King Oscar have all perfect preparation for SW19 with clay court challenger events the week before Wimby. Can Pere Riba do the famous Bytom/Wimbledon double?

With Montanes vs Lorenzi in the first round, we are guaranteed at least one grass god in the second round, but who can emulate Massu's third round masterclass at Wimbledon 2001?

What about Santiago Ventura? 0-5 career record on grass.
Honorable mention goes to Maxi Gonzalez, who managed to get bagelled by Ivo "The King's bitch" Minar at last year Wimby.
But I will still bet my money on Prince Albert!

LOL. Kavcic and his mountainside grass court has to be a serious contender for the 3rd round..

Probably Albert. He has a good chance at a R3. Albert made R3 last year, and while he still is below-average on surfaces other than clay, he's improved a lot and put more importance on other surfaces the last few years. Also, Zeballos isn't a clay only player, he shouldn't be there on that list. He also has a decent draw to make R3 but Lu will beat him most likely.

Riba on paper has a decent draw for R1 but he's playing in Poland on clay, obviously showing he places little importance on Wimbledon. Kavcic has Kubot who has been awful for a while, but I don't see him winning. Daniel, Nico M. and Oscar have qualifiers also, so they have a decent draw for R1. I can see a couple of these guys winning their R1 matches.

Santi does not belong on this list. He actually has a game that can play well on grass, and he enjoys playing on grass.

Machi definitely should be on this list, though.

Far more impressive than one-surface dirtrollers are the British variant: the no-surface wonder.

Jamie Baker could pull one out, Beck has a lot of physical issues lately.

 Awesome OP and it won't let me rep you

Who's replacing Gulbis in the draw? If it's not Picasso, perhaps Kavcic can make a run to R3. Then again, he might be steamrolled by Kubot in R1 if he gets his act together.

I think Montanes has the best shot to make it 2-3 rounds. :)
